Subway — Restaurant in Shenango Township

So, I’m not one to complain or write reviews or anything, but my girlfriend went in to the Subway on Ellwood Rd. around 6:30ish on 8/9/25 and got a tuna sandwich, and when we got home there was NO TUNA ON THE SANDWICH!!! Nothing but veggies on it! So she called them and asked if she came back in for them to make it right and said she’d have to pay for it again and then they HUNG UP ON MY GIRLFRIEND! She called back again and they HUNG UP AGAIN! So we went over there and asked nicely to remake the sandwich and REFUSED AND SAID SHE’D have to PAY FOR IT AGAIN! Somehow she did not hear her say TUNA and “apparently” rang it up as a “VEGGIE SANDWICH” naturally being across from the high school they were teenage girls working. Of course we got a little upset and then stormed out. It’s common sense to just say “I’m sorry, I must’ve not have heard you say TUNA, let me remake that for you.” It’s NOT THAT HARD. We’re all human and make mistakes. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! NEVER going back to that...

The subs are always good!! but when the people making them have terrible personalities, it just doesn't taste as good... Even worse when someone has to make an appointment because they can't have anything spicy because of ulcers and now they're in pain.... and the employees just toss things around all sloppy then you end up with jalapenos and onions in your sub and after seeing one put on it and asking it to be removed they look at you with an attitude like you didn't ask them to do it right in the first place. Then they won't break 100.... Which I understand. Sometimes that happens. And they send you to a store confirming that you won't have to make a purchase there because it didn't happen the day before. Then that store manager gets mad at you... So you let subway employees know so that they won't send people there anymore and they give you a dirty look... Well after that your sub just isn't the same anymore... Well.. Hey!!! At least they told me to...

All of my subs were cold, the meat tasted like they didnt heat any of it and they forgot a sub. When i called they got an attitude like i was lying about my missing sub and said she put it in the bag, and that they would need to call me back. After 10 minutes they called me back and told me to come get a new sub. As soon as i got there this one was also cold and the girl blamed my sandwich problems were because the guy before me ordered...
