I love Arby’s & have went there a lot since moving to Watertown; they usually have good customer service. Tonight however the person working drive- thru was rude. I get working in fast food places can be hard. The employee didn’t read back the order which resulted in us having the wrong order; I politely told the lady that this was not what we ordered; so she rolled her eyes and had an annoyed look on her face. I ordered a Goodburger thru drive; the menu board had the option of either the sandwich itself, or the meal. I ordered the sandwich only, no onions. When I got to the window, I was charged for a meal. The Watertown Arby's is decent fast food restaurant in a convenient location. We found the service to be very quick, the food was hot and tasted good, and the facility was clean (older, but spotless restrooms).
