Subway — Restaurant in Sheridan

Sunday night, I came into this store at Governor's plaza. Got a meatball sandwich and a Turkey sandwich. And when I got home the meatballs were cold they gave me some kind of different crazy meat sandwich. Not turkey. Tuesday, they gave me absolutely no problem. Whatsoever replacing the sandwiches. They appeared to be fine. No problem with the turkey my son enjoyed it. About 4 hours after eating the meatball sandwich. I started having a strange feeling In my stomach, I'm seventy eight years old and know when something's up. At about 6 AM, I'm sound asleep with my seat C-pap machine on and oxygen mask over my mouth. I jumped up out of a dead sleep feeling the throw up starting and I was lucky enough to get the mask off and throw up into the garbage can next to my bed. I could have drowned in my own vomit. I don't want to get to detailed but I threw up 3 more times. Then about 9 AM. It started coming out the other end of my body. People can die from food poisoning. I have owned 3 restaurants in Colorado and I know about sanitation and proper food handling. THEY Obviously don't.! The meatballs had to be bad because I ate nothing else the entire day. I normally have good service at this location. Upon arriving, I ordered a Philly and the young staff person informed me they were all out of bread except for wheat. Not my 1st choice but went ahead and ordered any way. It was a foot long and she started making it but only had 1 container of steak and advised me they had no more. I then ordered one of the rotisserie chicken sandwiches and she said they might be out of chicken also. She did find chicken for the sandwich and instead of preparing another bread she removed most of the steak from the original bread and put the chicken on top of the leftover steak. These sandwiches come with onions and she said they were all out of onions. Upon checkout, the young male worker rang up the food and did not even put the sandwich in a plastic to go bag or provide napkins. Neither staff member apologized for being out of so much food/ ingredients and had terrible customer service skills. The floors and dinning tables had trash on them and were visibly dirty! Needless to say that will be my last visit at this location and hope the corporation and/or owner is...

We ordered on ubereats from this subway and they made my sandwich incorrectly they didn't put bacon on it which it came that way and also did not put the correct veggies on it. I get that people are human and van make mistakes and when I went in to ask them correct it in a calm and polite way the girl who made it really had a sour attitude. I gave her my recipe that had ever ingredient I ordered on it and she still messed it up and didn't put the avocado I payed extra for it. She then aggressively throws my sandwich in the bag. You think if you were at fault for something you'd at least apologize and not treat your customers that way. This was on a Tuesday night may 9th around 7pm so the manager of this store can know who I'm talking about and at least hold there employees to a better standard then the way they treated me. In conclusion if you're that miserable and hate your job especially dealing with people's food you should probably find another job and stop projecting your sour attitude onto others who literally are trying to get what...
