I placed a big order at a different location… and got a free emergency pizza coupon to use… So the following day, I placed an online order with this location that is 3.9 miles away from me… and I used my coupon for my free pizza, a coupon for an order of garlic Parmesan bread bites for $2.99, donated to the Saint Judes hospital, added tip and tax, added on two more pizzas and a salad, completed the order, they charged my card and I was watching the Domino’s tracker showing my order was in the oven waiting for delivery and out of nowhere, my order just said “canceled“. So I called the store and the gentleman I spoke with told me that he canceled it because I am “out of his delivery range” at 3.9 miles away… and I would have to call a store that was 2 miles away… Even though my Domino’s app selected that store for me as my delivery location and won’t let me select another one or change it. He told me my card would be refunded within 48 hours. I lost all of my coupons because they now all show redeemed. They also weren’t going to call or text me to let me know… I just happened to notice that the order was canceled and called. It wasn’t just horrible customer service all the way around. I don’t see how this location could stay in business only driving 3.9 miles as a maximum delivery range to service your customers. At the very least the order should have transferred to a location where it could be delivered, I didn’t lose my coupons, and got my food… not cancelled with no warning or...
Read moreOrdered online for delivery and asked for extra sauce. I had always ordered from the store on FM 1417, and as I ordered online, thought that was where the pizza would be from, but alas, it was from the US-75 location. First, they normally text when they leave the store and when they turn into our neighborhood. Didn't get either one. Kept waiting on pizza. Finally started out the door to see if they may be lost and on our street and almost stepped on the pizza. They just left it on our doorstep, no knock, no door ring, and no extra sauce. Pizzas were so dry, we ended up throwing half of it away. Called the store to discuss, and "Kevin" the "manager" hung up on me. I called back, and conveniently, he could not be "found." I contacted corporate and received a canned message that I would hear from a representatative of the franchise. That was 2 weeks ago...nothing yet...but from the other comments on here, I am not surprised. Apparently, they truly don't care about GOOD customer service. Guess my money will be going to Papa John's from now on. Too bad, loved the FM 1417 store. They always...
Read moreThese fools think that putting two or three PIECES of a topping on your pizza is a good way to save money. Then when we complained they promised us a free pizza to make up for it. When we went to check out over the phone (since an individual location’s comps don’t appear online) we were told that the total for our 3 pizzas and a few other things would be $102 and our order doesn’t qualify for any coupons. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! The one on Loy Lake Rd is solid, just pick up from there 15 mins after placing the...
