McDonald's — Restaurant in Sherman

After checking in, I waited 15 minutes watching the cars in the drive the get their food and leave. Finally, someone else pulled up next to me. They brought them their food and then came to my window and said "what are you waiting on?" I nicely said I had been waiting 15 min for my order and told her what it was. 5 minutes later I was brought my drinks and a bag with 2 bisquits-not even close to my orderShe hadnt made it inside yet so I yelled (nicely) "none of this food is correct" she said okay and that she would be right back. 5 more minutes went by I could see her in mirror working the drive through. Again, another car pulled up next to me and someone brought out their food. This person again came up to my window and asked "what are you waiting for" at this point it had been 25min and I was starting to lose my cool. My husband was now going to be late for work and we didnt have any of our food. I told her I would just go in because I had already waited a really long time and been told multiple times that my food was coming. But she said continued to reassure me she would bring my correct food so I told her my order. 5 minutes late she brought my correct order. Not a single apology from anyone for my 30minute wait or an offer of a refund...

I ordered two combos and two apple pies. When I got home there were no fries and the apple pies were some weird birthday cake pies (not good). I called the store and spoke with "Enrique" who wanted me to drive all the way back to have it replaced. I told Enrique that I just wanted my money back for the missing and wrong food. He told me I would have to go back for that as well.

I asked what further action I could take to wit he said "there is nothing else you can do." Listen, I paid over $30 for McDonald's which is insane to say, but I didn't even get what I ordered. I know I could of checked before I left, but there was a line behind me. I didn't want to be rude, and I honestly didn't order enough food to think it would be an issue. Still on me...I know.

I'm just surprised at how low the service is at places like these while prices sky rocket. Anyway, make sure if you go here to check your bag for what you ordered. There are also other restaurants nearby if you don't have to have McDonald's. Save your...

ordered and did not check bag do to much stuff in truck so go home got the wrong order called ,, manger answers and keeps saying ((cant hear you cant hear u }}and hangs up i call back she gives phone to another some one else i tell them the number we did not get he says OK so i go back got and order the same thing and they get it wrong again so i go in and the same manger that hung up on me ask what i needed and i told her and she had the nerves to get mad about it that i was complaining about getting not just 1 but 2 wrong orders so she stomps off and tells some one else to get my order to me and was still mad about it wooooow ,,so its not that they got it wrong but they did 2 time than got mad that i was there to get what i ordered in the first place so the lesson hear is to keep the drive throw back up for a another 5 mins after u get your order to inspect your entire order i mean it is McDonald's so dont expect good service especially with piss pore...
