A couple weeks back I came to this location while I was DoorDashing. I had just had a very bad experience at another store, that I will not name. However, as I approached the front doors of this restaurant, a young man open the door for me and gave the biggest smile and say welcome to Wendy’s come on in. I think I was looking crazy in the face because this was a new experience for me. I figured he had only done this because he was changing the trash that was located by the front door, and just decided to go a little above and beyond. Came into the restaurant, and as I approached the front counter, the front counter worker was also super nice and smiling. She asked me if I had a pick up order because I walked over to the pick up area instead of the register. I explained to her that yes, I did come in to pick up a DoorDash and I provided her the name. She looks down and sealed the bag and says oh wow you have amazing timing. I just got that done for you here you go, sir and you have an amazing day. I was so surprised that this level of customer service I wasn’t used to it from Wendy’s that I had ever gone to before, but those people made me feel like 1 million bucks in the short amount of time that I also happen to have walked into the restaurant, the store was clean the workers were friendly and everything happened so quickly I was in an out. Not sure will see this, but I just wanted to congratulate the entire store on a job well done and a good job with training your associates on what customer service should look like. Continue the good work, and I will make sure that I come back on my own time to get my food from...
Read moreMy family stopped by this restaurant and was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Wendy’s. It was not busy at all and we did not place a large order. A bacon jr burger biggie bag, nuggets, fries & a salad a couple of lemonades. The girl at the window with the huge puff ponytail seemed irritated when we pulled to the window to pay for our food. She told us one price at the intercom but a different price at the window. We paid what she asked. When we received our food, the salad was open in the bag and some of the chicken had come out of the tray. There was no salad dressing, no fork to eat it with. The biggie bag was missing fries & the drinks we were given were not correct. I honked at the window to get the girls attention to let her know of the errors. She was irritated. She brought the salad dressing and closed the window. I honked again to let her know we still had missing fries and the drink was wrong. Another guy came to window to ask what the issue was and I explained to him that she was frustrated but we only wanted the items we paid for. He went to get the fries & she made us another drink. The bad customer service was so unnecessary and unfortunately my family and I won’t be patronizing this establishment any longer if this is who they hire to represent...
Read moreWe went through the drive-thru and had to wait about 20 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of us. Instead of pulling the car at the window to a spot and taking their stuff out to them, the staff had EVERYONE in the drive-thru wait.
We finally got to the window and paid. When the man behind the register passed out drinks, my order was wrong. I ordered a medium strawberry creme slush. Instead, I got a medium strawberry slush. I told him it was supposed to be a strawberry creme slush and tried to hand it back, he stated in a rude manner, "Once we pass it out, we can't take it back in." When asked to fix the issue, he said he could fix it if we pay for the new drink. He also said that he read it back and we didn't correct it.
Now, I can handle the issue with what he said ok. However, his attitude about it and the lack of an attempt to rectify the issue, in my opinion, was detrimental to this visit. I would have paid extra to fix the drink, but not to just totally replace it. Is this what customer service is turning into? Is this the way this store wishes to be represented? If it is, good...
