Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Shippensburg Township

I would rate it zero, but you cant do that and leave a review....so tonight I wait my turn and have them prepare me a burrito. The staff is laughing and carrying on, honestly I have no problem with that as long as the work is getting done. My food gets finished and the one worker is stuck trying to wrap a burrito for the person in front of me.(My person had already finished making mine). I waited patiently for a few minutes and then the girl who made mine handed it around to the cashier who them gave it to the people in front of me. I had already waited in line and then waited again to receive my order, which ended up being given to the people in front of me. Nobody stepped up to make a new one or apologized to me for the mistake.....I will be be returning, there needs to be...

Food was fine. Everything was fine enough. But the woman got my name from my drive-thru order and then she disappeared for about 7 minutes and then told me that she just forgot about my order. Essentially. I love Chipotle but man did that already. Dampen my view of this establishment LOL. The second day and you forgot I was at your window waiting for my order? That's a bit much already. also I know you guys should care enough about the quality of the food on your second day but man was the steak...

This is my third time ordering at this location. First time I waited in the drive through line forever for my takeout order. Second time my chicken was dry but whatever wasn’t going to complain. Third time which was today, my chicken was BURNT and dry. Asked for extra corn and was the same portion as the rest of the stuff small.
