Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Shippensburg Township

I’ve been a repeat offender of this place and have NEVER had a good experience! First time, I ordered the 3 supreme tacos from the drive thru and had to pull out front to wait for my order, which was odd because they didn’t have one customer there. I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they were making on—the—spot fresh tacos. Get up the road and realize they didn’t supply napkins, and when I went to open up a taco its contents fell all over my lap because it wasn’t entirely wrapped up. The tacos were sloppy joes basically and the first one was warm while the other 2 were cold?? Nice!! Thanks The next time; even worse, ordered the new steak bowl…. the little amount of steak was diced, smaller than the onion, and looked nothing like the advertisement! Was extremely disappointed. Because I was craving it and it was smaller than a kid sized meal, cost over 9$ and tasted awful.. The LAST time there, I was doing a 3 strikes your out deal to see if anything had improved. Ordered the 3 supreme meal again and it was worse than the first time I was there. Hardly any meat in it, and the sour cream made up the entire taco. It was a sour cream taco!! How disappointing to see the same staff there doing this ‘horrible thing to them’ called ‘customer service’ work. Because they truly are not trying to serve their customers with satisfaction!!!! I told my friends and family about it to save them from despair! Sadly, we all have to travel now to get our fix from Taco Bell and KFC! It’s worth the drive to the next town over because we know we’re getting quality food and it’s always prepared properly. I don’t recommend wasting your time and money at the Shippensburg location. At least not until they clean house and get a new team that has sufficient training in hospitality and management! This location can be saved,...

If I could have given a negative star I would!!!! The service was terrible I shouldn't have even ordered after see the cashier come out of the bathroom, just took off he gloves not even thinking to wash he hands!(clearly fake cleaning it up) Wen I asked questions about things on the menu she said I don't know you can look online!!!!! I placed my order that was way overpriced, and waited for my cup I asked for it and I go " oh you get it with the meal? For real! Finally got the cup the drink station was DISGUSTING!!! Sodag, Lids and straws paper everywhere,I couldn't find anything clean for myself and had to try and wash it with the water from the soda machine. When I said something about it I got " someone will be out shortly" the 15 minutes I waited for the bag of food that wasnt mine, no one clean that up......when I looked in my bag it was a Mexican pizza....that's it I had two meals and a side.....and somehow it was my fault to taking the wrong bag!! It was handed to me nothing said just not a have a good day what the order number...

One day I went to this Taco Bell/ KFC and I was sitting in the long drivethru waiting for my food. I got to the one window they have and I paid. I then sat there for 2 minutes. I then was hit in the face by a projectile fire sauce packet. I didn’t say anything at the time. So I went home to eat. The food was literally almost ice cold. I went back to complain about the issues. They offered me my money back. I didn’t take it. I just wanted to know who hit me in the face with the sauce packet because it was extremely rude.

Other than that, drive thru during college time is terrible. They have one window and put the public at risk sometimes to sit on the other side of the building, that is a one way, so they can take their good old time making their food. When they do this to the public, you are almost guaranteed to not receive any sauces or utensils. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes for drive...
