First time & last time visiting this location. When I arrived in the drive-through, there were only 2 cars in front of me, I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes, no one answered. So, I pulled forward when the other cars pulled forward. Long story short. The person at the drive-through window was very rude. As soon as she opened the drive-through window, she said, "You didn't order at the speaker. You have to wait. " I told her no problem, this is my first time visiting & I didn't know if the drive-through speaker worked or not. No one answered or attempted to take my order. Seen then said, "What do you want & closed the drive-through window after I told her what I wanted. She then opened the window & repeated you're gonna have to wait because you didn't order at the speaker. She asked again, "What do you want & proceeds to close the window?" I have NEVER been treated as poorly as a customer as I was at this Indi’s location. I went today to order through the Drive-Thru and the worker was so terribly rude and abrupt with me. I had to repeat my order 3-4 times and he grew very apparently, increasingly rude each time, even though it was his fault that he wasn’t getting it accurately. I then got to the window to pay and rather than open it, or give me a total at all, I heard him loudly cursing to what I assume was a coworker for at LEAST 5 minutes. After all of this they butchered the order. Not a single thing was right except a side order of Mac and cheese and the roll that comes with meals looked like it had been torn in half. I attempted to call the location to speak to a manager and they picked and then hung up the phone. I must emphasize that I have never seen such appalling customer service in my life. Decided to go out christmas eve to get some chicken with some friends. We showed up around 10 minutes before they had closed and the only thing you could order was chicken. There was no sides available only rolls. I then proceeded to order an 18 piece wing and was the only thing I had eaten all day. I got to bed around 1 a.m. and wake up around 4 a.m. christmas morning with ungodly stomach pains and uncontrollable burps. I figured the only way i was going to somewhat enjoy my christmas was to make my self throw up. I wake up to open my presents and went straight back to bed until my night shift nearly vomiting.
