Happy Pub Hookah Lounge — Restaurant in Shoreline

So, this used to be Ember Hookah lounge, not any longer. It’s under new ownership and called Happy Pub Hookah. DO NOT go off of the rating you see here. They are all for Ember and not Happy Pub.

Let’s get into it shall we. By far the worst service I’ve ever had. We walked in and it had taken a few mins for someone to come and help us. When the person did, they had gotten up off the couch from smoking hookah to help us. Like huh?! You saw us walk-in.

We order our hookah and sat there but never got it. Why?! Cause the man/owner working there was on his phone the whole time and moving at a snails pace. After 15 mins of no hookah while there were no customers there (we see why), we left. The man was still making it as we walked out the door. Like how?! We were you only paying customers and the rest of the people there were like his friends or something. Don’t recommend this place at all, just go to the Ember in...

I was here tonight and a girl who claimed her self as the manger had done a very bad customer service for customers who I see them every Friday night , she accused that they didn't pay for their hookahs , when they showed her that they paid , she started fighting them and she literally said " I don't care about you " when told her to calm down and to provide a good customer service for her customer s , I understand that employees might have a bad day , but she physically abused them to get out. I have been coming her for years , but I have never expected some physical abuse for customers! I believe that she broke one of the customers back when she physically kicked them out. Customer is always right. I am so sorry to say that I wouldn't come back here , because I don't want to be treated like them one day , oh ! I had never been to a hookah lounge before, but my friends like going here. There are plenty of comfortable places to sit, couches, soft-back chairs, and tables with chairs. The staff is friendly and helpful and support a large choice of tobacco flavor options. The hookah is brought out and set on the floor near your party. Each person is given their own plastic mouthpiece to use when it is their turn to take some draws. One bowl of tobacco easily allows three people smoke comfortably for at least two hours.

We always choose some couches with a table so we can chat, smoke and play games (Cards Against Humanity, Uno, Jenga, etc).

Of course there is an ever-present haze throughout the lounge, but it never bothers my eyes and I never leave smelling like smoke!
