Bought new iphone, same day it cracked and bent the frame very slightly, not too noticeable, but worked fine so I used it cracked for 4 months until i could save up to replace the screen, just the glass not the lcd. This repair place is far, but i had a previous positive experience so I commuted way down here for the repair.
Called about 7 times for 3 days, no answer. So drove for 45 min in traffic to get it fixed.
Showed that the phone worked fine and display has had no problems since purchasing new. Provided my phone for repair and waited 2 hours. I got the glass and frame replaced and started my 45 minute commute, but as soon as I arrived half my screen was turning grey. Called 11 times, no answer. Came right back, another 45 minutes in traffic, door was locked and they were closed. Another 45 minutes in traffic back home.
Day 2. Commuted another 45 minutes back, waited 15 minutes, they said it was fixed and appeared to be working. 45 minutes commuting back to discover now the touch screen key board types random letters When texting or trying to send emails. Called, no answer.
Day 3. Commuted another 45 minutes to cell phone repair store. Day 3 of missed work from not being able to communicate with my customers. Leave my phone for 15 minutes, they take full responsibility saying he might have damaged something inside that he can fix for free, they return my phone saying he just had to check connections inside. Commute another 45 minutes. With in minutes of using the phone the screen starts flickering. Of course no one at the cell phone repair store would answer any of my calls so again, more loss time from work and more loss fuel to commute another 45 minutes back to cell phone repair store.
Day 4. I return my cell phone & they say this time they will replace the whole screen and display at no cost to me because he said he may have damaged it installing it. He says he needs 2 hours. Again i wait and get my phone back with new screen. Appears to be working when he hands it to me. When i left I stayed in my vehicle to test every app, screen started turning off on its own. All buttons on right side of screen would double click and not work.
Attempt 5. Bring my phone back in, needs it another hour. Come back after an hour and he says its fixed. I leave same problem.
Attempt 6. Bring my phone back again. This time the guy from Ethiopia says he will fix it. I think he is he owner. I express my frustration and loss of 4 days of work and loss of about $125 in diesel fuel commuting back an forth and the loss of almost a $300 screen repair that now doesn’t work. He attempted to fix it and was sure he did fix it. So I left but went next door for lunch to make sure my phone wouldn’t start having problems a 7th time, but it started the same problem again. Strange because he said he replaced the screen twice and I have not had any problems with this phone screen or display since paying over $850 new for it just 4 months prior.
Attempt 7. Return to Wireless Connection LLC. Owner states that he cant fix my phone and gives up. He says that replacing the screen glass and slight bent frame might have damaged the phone beyond repair and has no solution. Im out now a $850 new phone and out an almost $300 repair. Super upset.
Resolution 8: Owner tells me to commute to Northgate Mall to get a new phone from one of his business partners friends. I arrive it is a cell phone case kiosk and they dont sell phones. The guy there from Israel says he has a friend coming in an hour with a used phone for me compliments of Wireless Connection, but that I have to pay $550.00 for it and its not new and there not a cell phone dealer who can provide any guarantees or receipt and they dont even have it there.
WOW Total waste of my money! $125 in fuel for 4 days back an forth 7 times unnecessarily. $850 for a new phone and almost $300 for a repair that ended with my new phone busted. Wish I could at least have my $300 repair...

I describe my problem stating that the phone intermittently went into an android update screen and stalls. She tells me to come on in that he would be able to help me. I get there and she says he had to leave to go the the doctor because he had an emergency. "Could you come back tomorrow?" OK sure, so I call again the next day. "He" answers the phone.He asks me what was the issue with the phone. I describe the problem in detail. Then he says "So what do you want me to do?" I'm thinking well you're a repair shop, I want you to fix it please. But I politely ask if he can help me with my problem. He says yes come on in he would take a look. I get there and the same woman from yesterday comes out from the back room and asks if she can help me. I said I just talked to the repairman 20 minutes ago and I'm here to get it fixed. Then this very odd conversation ensued. She asks me what the phone was doing and I'm thinking why isn't the guy coming out himself to look at the phone, since I just spoke with him? She asks was the phone doing it now and I said no but if he plays around with it, it will act up fairly quickly. She said well back up your phone and when it does it again, he'll look at it. I told her the problem is described on many websites on Google. I told her to Google the problem. Which of course she didn't even though she was standing right in front of a computer. Then it became obvious she was stonewalling for him. I doubt if this guy could repair anything. Very rude! He tells me to come down and then refuses to come out and look at the phone as he indicated. Weirdos! I don't know how he's staying in business. I wasted gas and over two hours of time between both days. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. I paid him for replacing my phone but my phone was still dying so soon after charging, went back the next day and he supposedly replaced with another new battery but my phone was still not holding a charge. HE SAID THAT IT'S NOT THE BATTERY THAT WAS THE PROBLEM BUT MY PHONE. So I lived with that "dying phone" for a couple months saving money to get a new phone because he said it's my phone that was the problem. Then I thought of having the phone looked at the Genius bar at the apple store - they replaced the battery and JOILA - my phone worked normal again and is holding a charge from 100% to 0% - I do not have to charge my phone every 10 mins like I did with Teddy's supposedly "new battery".
