Starbucks — Restaurant in Shorewood

As much as I wanted to like this place it just wasn’t good. It looks like a good atmosphere and the people are friendly. Prices are always affordable if you want tasty coffee. I had Starbucks a few days prior in the target nearby, I got the same exact drink from the target I went to the other day was absolutely delicious, this one unfortunately was not. I got a “brown sugar ice shaken espresso” from both places and it tasted like it had cinnamon in it. Definitely was not brown sugar my gf insisted we have them remake it im not the type to make a big deal. She got it remade and it tasted a little better but not as good. Regardless, I appreciate the people, and the service. Nevertheless a Starbucks I would not go back to again...

Went here with my girlfriend and she ordered a honey flat white with almond milk- my girlfriend was watching and noticed the lady put regular milk so she asked what milk she put and the lady lied. After asking why the milk was the same as mine as I don’t have an allergy she admitted to putting the wrong milk with an attitude. My girlfriend then asked if they use the same metal cup for mixing the coffee for regular milk and almond milk and she just yes- not even offering to use separate cups as she has an intolerance. I'm so happy this Starbucks is inside jewel. The customer service is the best I've ever encountered at any Starbucks. Especially Jessica the manager and Hanna they make everything wonderful from ordering to getting delicious fresh crafted drinks. I deeply appreciate Jessica making a pupachino for my precious Lola since we don't have one close to home and it's her 8th Birthday tomorrow. She loved it and had her entire head in the cup getting every bit out. Thanks to everyone who works at this location I'm always very very happy with the experience. I wish I remembered...
