Wendy's — Restaurant in Show Low

So update October 2024 honestly I don't let them dictate if I go or don't go well to a point I have realized that it is a big difference when certain managers are on you can even tell just by the crew

This was like may or June 2024 So update I actually contacted Wendy's corporate office and they actually dealt with the situation there's definitely a difference managers are on I feel personally that they just don't care for me and that's okay I pray that this place will become a better place to work for the staff but also for the Patriots coming in but thank you Wendy's for dealing with how to ask about a service animal

....So this was my third time here since moving here and the general manager asked me illegal questions about harness and paperwork and when I try to point that out so she doesn't do that again to other people because literally I couldn't even touch my food even irritated me because she told me that somebody else should not let me in because I didn't have a harness on her to her it might not be that bad to ask those things but to me it just points out my disabilities and honestly it made me not just embarrassed actual my dog had to alert me because my blood pressure changes so fast especially under stress which can cause me to black out she should treat every person that walks into the establishment with respect say thank you for teaching them the right things to ask and apologize and things were okay if she would have done that it would have helped but instead she didn't understand why even when I walked in she kind of glared at destiny and me I can tell people are scared of dogs or don't like dogs in restaurants or different places like stores the difference is I try to respect people if I sit by them I will general even ask if people are okay what dogs because I don't want people to be scared of dogs I hope this Wendy's can do better the sad thing is it's the only Wendy's by me so I guess it's no Wendy's for me...

Last night we were trying to finish off a construction project so when we came out of Home Depot we decided to either get food at Panda Express or Wendy's. We both agreed that Panda Express had gotten so bad it just gives you heartburn and is way overpriced. So the decision was made to grab food in the drive-thru at Wendy's. Bad choice! Not only is Wendy's extremely overpriced as well, as is everything else during the last few years of the Biden administration destroying the economy, the food was horrendous. I paid $29 for junk. The coke was watery. Two pouches of fries, they were so so nothing special. The chicken wrap was disgusting! Just a limp flour tortilla with a few chunks of a processed over spiced chicken product with a few pieces of limp old tasteless iceberg lettuce and a sprinkling of cheddar cheese, it was lousy! The other sandwich was the spicy chicken sandwich which my work partner had requested extra tomato and lettuce. The extra tomato and lettuce was non-existent. There was one pale slice of tomato which consisted of the stem end of the tomato and a 2x4 in piece of limp iceberg lettuce. The chicken patty part gave him heartburn. I guess the frosty and bottle of water that he ordered were okay but everything else was abysmal! I won't be going to Wendy's anymore. $29 for junk! I gave the rating two stars instead of one star because the employees were courteous and nice but the food product...

Worst customer service experience. They messed up two sandwiches and we had to go to the closed lobby door to try and explain what was wrong and the lady was plain rude. She was talking to us like we were dumb. I had to walk away or I would have blown up. She was getting the sandwiches mixed up and I'm trying to tell her that she was mixing them up and she was just so rude and unprofessional. Almost all the employees it seemed like smoked and some smoked right by the front door🤦🏼‍♀️ I don't care if the lobby was closed we are sitting outside trying to eat and all we could smell was smoke. Disgusting. Plus as my husband was walking away the lady goes "I'll get those right out, you're welcome." Um, don't act like we make the mistake, it was your kitchen staff. Then my husband and daughter had to wait 10 minutes for their sandwiches to be made Disaster all around, needs...
