I live way closer to the Arby’s in Greenwood, LA but I would come to this one for the quality of food and quickness. This all changed this last Friday. Let’s begin with our cashier. First it took her forever to ask us what we would like. She had an attitude from the start. I had 2 separate transactions to make. I gave her my mom’s order first. As I was starting to give her my order she rudely interrupts me turns around and addresses her manager and says it isn’t working. The register had went down and the cashier didn’t know what to do. Her manager told her write down what we wanted and then we would pay in a moment when the registers came back up. The cashier increasing gets more and more rude as this progresses. I tell her what I want, I then proceed to tell her what my daughter wants and she rudely interrupts me again! This time to say the registers are back up to her manager. Again, I tell her what I want. I tell her what my daughter wants. Then I asked did you get my Turkey Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwich because at this point I am really not sure she did. She rudely says, I got it. Okay cool may I have my receipts. Her response was, No I need them because they didn’t show up on the screen. I quickly said, Okay I’ll get them back when you are down with them. Mind you I’m truly over it by now. We go and sit down. I wait for my order to be called. They call my order, mine came before my moms. I sat down, they then called my moms. I got back up and got her order. I check my sandwich and what do I see?!?!? Just Brown Sugar Bacon no turkey or cheese. So now I really need my receipt to check. I quickly stand up and then hit my head on the ill placed light fixture that is way too low and not centered to your tiny tables. It is Sunday evening and my head is still tender it the spot that I hit the light. It actually hurts!!! So anyway, I got back to the counter and the waitress rudely says here and hands me the receipt and I check to see the receipt and yep she rung up the wrong sandwich. I rudely told her you rang up the wrong sandwich. I got no apology, no explanation, just looks as I stood there waiting SEVERAL minutes for my order to be replaced. Oh and no one even addressed the fact that I hit my head on the light fixture!!! I can tell you without a doubt I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ARBYS LOCATION AGAIN. I may quit going to Arby’s all together as this was a HORRIBLE...
Read moreWent to the drive-thru and asked for a medium curly fries and a large soda with my sandwich. Was told the order was $8.79. By the time I reached the window, the order had went to $10.20. The cashier took my $10 cash and handed me a receipt for $10.20. The receipt showed an additional large combo price for $1.29. When I told the employees that I wanted a medium side and a large drink, they told me that I had to order either all medium or all large. Really? (I gave them the 20 cents owed on the bill.) Are they incapable of charging for a medium combo and adding an upcharge for a large drink only? Charging me for large curly fries and forcing me to take them is bullying as well as a waste of money, food, and my time. I WON'T EVER buy another meal at this Arby's location!!! I have no problem going to the nearby Sonic on Bert Kouns where I can get a medium side and a large drink with my sandwich without any disagreement...
Read moreI usually don't post reviews, but since i like Arby's....well, went to try the new Bacon Ranch Wagyu Burger. As usual, 4-5 cars in the drive-thru (roughly 15-20 minute wait). Ok no big deal. Received my food, made it to my destination, only to find out that there was no bacon on my burger! Went back, waited about 5 minutes in the drive thru, spoke to the CSR about my burger, & she stated, "oh, they say that we don't have any bacon", which i should have been informed of when ordering. I asked, "why wasn't I told this WHEN ordering". The CSR said nothing else afterwards...so I furiously drove off. Definitely a waste of money & time, especially since my order was not correct. But I'll be back...but I will check my order...
