I tried to use a coupon for 2 whopper small size meals for $10.99 yesterday. The "deal" was a coupon from the app. The female employee in the drive thru told me all the coupon code did was add my name to my order. I suggested she try entering the order as meals instead of just 2 burgers and 2 fries and then maybe the coupon would work. She told me it would not make a difference. Then another employee told her the same thing and she voided the order and started over. She then asked for the coupon code again but the app wouldn't give me a new code because the code was already used when she entered it on the previous voided order. I gave her the original code again and of course the register said the code wasn't valid because it had been used on the previously voided order. Instead of honoring the discount because SHE messed up she proceeded to tell me, "see, that code isn't valid" and had the nerve to ask if I wanted anything else?. Uh, no I wanted the $10.99 deal, thats why I came to the restaurant. I can't, so I just left. I have all the patience in the world for a new employee learning a job. However, she was not new and I have zero patience for an employee in a customer service role that lacks customer service skills. The appropriate action would have been asking for help instead of voiding the order and starting over to prove she was right. Especially since she entered the order wrong on the second attempt as well. That's right, she still entered the order wrong. She entered it as 2 whoppers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks for $20.65 (with tax) instead of 2 whopper meals with small fries and small drinks for $18.73 (with tax)! 😡🤬 I will drive to Bossier to get my Burger King fix from now on...I will never go to this...
Read more3 men in line in front of me waited for a very long time and decided to leave. They never got helped. I got helped after some one yelled to the back that customers had walked out. The person that helped me was Courtney. She was not rude, but took no interest in me. She did not greet me. She was yelling to the back that someone should have told her sooner that people were waiting. She just looked at me, so I gave her my order. The only word out of her mouth was "name". I gave my name to her then I ask her what her name was. She answered Courtney. I was killing her with kindness because I wanted to see the type of reaction towards me that would be forthcoming. That was it. No reaction. I then asked her if she was through with her Christmas shopping. She responded at that point saying she had 2 people left to buy for. When I went to get my drink one of the icemakers was empty. The napkins and straws were strewn all over the area where you get your drinks and condiments. The catchup dispenser was empty. The table I sat at appeared not to have been wiped off. I moved to another table. The floors were dirty. The areas that separates the booths (which appears to be a ledge) was filled with greasy fingerprints. The time I went was about 2:30 in the afternoon. It was on a Monday. I was the only customer inside. If Burger King wants to maintain a good reputation, this is not a good start. This is a new store and it was very unimpressive. I will...
Read more25 minute wait on 1 order. Cashier handled food without gloves directly after handling several customers money then when asked about it flat out denied having done so. 2 orders were completely forgotten even after the customers reminded the cashier of the orders. The soda fountain had only two working choices, fanta or sprite. The tea was terrible. There was a stench in the air that was reminiscent of rotten asparagus that had sat in a vat rancid pork fat for what smelled like at least 2 weeks of hot summer weather. There was standing water around the counter deep enough to create a wake when tread through. As I noticed this a small child appeared with a hot wheels toy and proceeded to play in it as if he were in the kiddie pool at water town. I will never return and I suggest no one give their hard earned dollars to such an...
