China Bear — Restaurant in Shreveport

My FAVORITE food is Chinese and seafood! And when we moved here 8 months ago from Mississippi we weren't sure who to order from, who would deliver, we found this Gem here! I've NEVER heard of the happy family plate, they don't have that back home, (I usually eat just the same ole same ole sesame chicken lol) I ordered it, I must say I was in HEAVEN, I only WISH they would put MORE shrimp and crab meat and less broccoli, and cook the broccoli a bit more, BUT other than that, it's AMAZING! My son gets the sesame chicken and my hubs gets the general tsos chicken, my hubs is not adventurous with food, he sticks with what he knows, one Sunday we REALLY wanted Chinese, well China bear was closed! So we found another place, and it was OK, but more expensive and definitely not as good! I had to reorder from China bear the other night to MAKE sure this was the place we LOVED and thank God it was! My happy family plate is enough for ME to have 3-4 dinners! Thank you China bear! I use to live on youree in 2015-2017 it use to be an older Asian gentleman in there and he was so nice he always treated me warm with encouragement because I was so homesick. Their meals took me through many hard work days and study sessions. Their food back then was 10/10 and I’ve moved back to Shreveport so I was so happy to see them still open. It’s a very nice lady working there I had a meal which was my fav go to sweet and sour chicken and it tasted amazing. My friend had the pork fried rice she said it’s the best she’s ever had. I told the gentleman at the front that i wanted orange chicken and white rice. When a lady brought it out to me she gave me the orange chicken with fried rice. I told her I told the gentleman I ordered steamed rice. When she brought it back out I saw through the togo box that it was steamed rice. But when I got home and started eating it i realized they only scooped out some of the fries rice and but the steamed rice on top.
