The fried shrimp was so spicy, I couldn't finish one. I hate coleslaw, and I ate some just to put the fire out. In their defense, that was the best coleslaw I've ever tasted. The cocktail sauce only made the already spicy shrimp even spicier. My companion loves spicy food, and my shrimp was too 🔥 spicy for him. The food was hot and fresh, but I couldn't tolerate it. Edited review: July 25, 2025 After receiving a note from the manager, I will revise my review. I never thought to ask for an alternative menu item. I gave a one star review because it didn't suit my particular palate.

The fact that the owner reached out and offered an alternative that I didn't even consider made me change my review from one star to five because he's obviously passionate and eager to please.

I hope this helps. I would not want to be responsible for closing down anyone who is struggling to run a restaurant in this fickle market. There are so few choices already.

I did complement the coleslaw and the food being served hot and fresh, but one star is jarring to anyone scanning reviews.
