CC's Coffee House — Restaurant in Shreveport

I want to start by saying I love the coffee here. This revriew is more for the manager that was working on the morning 10/31/23. Me and my wife get coffee from this place at least five days a week. Had a coupon code sent from CC's for a free coffee for coming steady for a year. When I showed it to the woman in the drive threw I was told she didn't know how to do it, and proceeded to try and charge my card the full amount without trying to find out how to do it. I asked if there was a manager that could do it and she replied that she would ask. The manager never came to talk to me or really did anything to solve the problem, I was met with a "oh well" attitude and the response from with woman working the drive threw was "we can't see it so we can't do it." Really??? I showed them the message on my phone, and have been a general manager at alot of restaurants, I don't believe for a second at very least she couldn't give a discount. I will still come to CC's because I love there product, but maybe better training of there managing staff is needed. We love CC's! They have the best cold brew we've ever tasted. My husband actually buys it by the gallon. Their Cafe au Lait is good, and their espresso has a good flavor. The thing holding me back from giving five stars is the loud noise that comes from behind the counter, making it impossible to have conversation inside. We sit outside, which is just lovely, we come every Sunday. TO IMPROVE: 1) I would love a hook or shelf in the women's bathroom, it's icky to put your stuff on the floor, and the sink can cause problems, and 2) the tea is weak, both hot and cold, no flavor, both black and herbal, all teas. 3) Get something to buffer the banging behind the counter.

They hit the jackpot when they hired lolly. This was my first time here today, my daughter graduated from LSU and cc was her favorite place to go to for coffee. We live in Tyler and she had me go to Jacksonville to get her one of these Iced coffees today. I normally try her coffee because she always makes me… And I always think it's gross. This was absolutely delicious! Way to go super one for putting cc in your store. I hope some of the Tyler stores! Five stars for service, I even called back and asked her a question about the coffee. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to find great help. This girl is amazing! She totally takes pride and ownership in her job. And five...
