At Dunkin Donuts 5705 Youree Dr, Shreveport, LA 71105
I come here every morning after I drop my daughter off at school right next door. I get the same thing. A medium iced coffee with sugar and French Vanilla cream. Today I came in the afternoon. I got 2 doughnuts (for my daughter) and this coffee. First we got our doughnuts, the doughnut had a hair in it. I tried to take it off without having to "complain" but the hair was stuck inside it. I politely told the lady at the window if could I please have another doughnut bc this one has a hair stuck in it. I don't mean to complain at all. She said No problem! I handed her the doughnut and she gave me another one. Then my coffee came out during this and it was whiter than this one in the photo. Straight just cream. My coffee was made and handed to me by the manager. I said this coffee it too light, I'm so sorry could you please add less creamer, it's just way to much cream. The manager looked at the other employee with a nasty face, while giving me a glare and said what's wrong? So the manger came to me and said "what's wrong it's what you ordered, it's the French Vanilla. I said yes it is. I order this everyday and it is never loaded with this much cream. So she made my other one, not much better at all. She handed me it complaining saying it looks the exact same, it's the same exact thing. She didn't try to make it better, she got upset bc a customer asked for their coffee the way the like it.(I mean I don't think and regular coffee drinker would drink this, it taste like nothing but creamer) And gave me an attitude the whole time. I knew not to mention this one also was loaded with cream and I would be drinking straight creamer bc she would complain some more. So i smiled and said thank you and i took the coffee home and had to throw it away. I made sure to mention to her that I am the customer, if anyone should be giving that attitude it should be me. Not the other way around.
If you are choosing a job in customer service. You are to be Abel to please your customers. Have a kind personality. Be the person who goes out their way for customer satisfaction. I mean you are the manager, isn't that your job? Aren't you the employees role model? I was the only customer there. Wasn't like they were super busy. She was just rude, nasty, and didn't want to do her job. Simple as that.

Read moreCame here with my husband and daughter on a Saturday morning. There was couple in front of us making an order who left frustrated that the store was out of everything they asked for. My daughters chocolate milk was sour and expired, after looking into the fridge for more milk there were others which were also expired. If I hadn’t tried the milk my daughter would have drank the sour milk and gotten sick. She would never be able to tell me as she is non-verbal. Unacceptable! Our bacon, egg & cheese on a plain bagel has not yet been made as our daughter was almost finished with her donut. The wait time with all the bodies in the kitchen and behind the counter was absolutely unacceptable. We waited so long I finally asked whether our food was ready yet. The boy looked at me and rudely answered “your food will come when it comes” finally after a few more minutes of waiting—along with others who had either wrong orders from drive though, or just like us waiting for their food—my husband asked where our sandwiches are. Another worker asked what we had ordered we told him, to which he replied “we don’t have plain bagels” again, totally unacceptable! They made them on whole grain, which were pretty dry and gross. The whole sandwich tasted so bad, I’ve gotten this same sandwich for years from DD’s all over the US and this by far was the worst tasting sandwich. The napkin holder was empty of napkins, the store looked dirty. Tables not wiped and someone behind the counter kept burping loudly—this happened three times and the female manager said nothing. Every customer in the store looked at each other mortified each time the man burped. Every workers face was sour or annoyed. Needless to say, we will never come back here again. Read moreI ordered online like I always do on 10/25/23 and I when I got to the window I noticed my drink was wrong. I immediately said that doesn’t look right it was almost black(I ordered it with almond milk and sweet cream foam) she said no it’s right that’s why it looks like that. She hands it to me and I see no sweet cream foam and I hand it back to her the employee literally huffed and puffed like a 2 yr old. Then the lady I’m guessing maybe manager was standing right there and I said I would like a refund the first employee I was dealing with walked away and the maybe manager come over and asked how can I help you. I had to explain it all over( she was standing right by the employee while I was telling her what was wrong. I told her I wanted a refund she told me she had to scan the QR code for my refund and I then asked for a number to call and make my complaint she told me I don’t have a number. So I got to work and googled Dunkin’ and found a number come to find out the lady never issued me a refund because apparently you have to call the 1800 number for refunds when it was a mobile order per Susan on the 800 number. I will NEVER NEVER COME BACK. I have got to this locations many of times and their customer service hasn’t been great but I kept giving them a chance but nope not this time. I am over 10 employees and I would never allow this to happen at any of my offices.
