Counter Culture Youree Dr. — Local services in Shreveport

Man I'm gonna be known as "the bad review lady "! But ya know ,this is what I stayed away from eating out bc of this reason and then COVID hit and man it's like every thing even more worse So I went into the Youree Drove store to get my husband what he wanted and the girl that was making the Humphreys truly acted like she didn't want to be there. She was taking the ice cream scooper(bc that's what they use to measure their ingredients on your yogurt) and just tossing the toppings on and tossing the spoon back down into the container. Never once smiled or even spoke to me as I was there trying to talk to her. They ran out of pineapple,so she had to go to the back , get a new container and fill and cut up more and she wasn't happy about that ...I just wish that the employees in a place of business cared more these days. Like if you hate your job that damn much get another one. But if you don't like speaking to people then don't work in the public . Tbh with you all the girls in the place weren't speaking to NOONE except to each other. And they sound like broken records ...do you want two spoons ,do you want a bag , do you want a lid ...if your employees don't have good customer service ,this is what will happen, bad reviews and word of mouth go along way guys. And ya know , it doesn't even matter that y'all have the best yogurt I've ever had and don't mind spending 18$ on large ones , it makes me NOT want to come back when you walk into a place of business and the people working there act like they can't wait to kick us...

I visited Counter Culture on Youree Drive November 16th. The first thing I noticed was the nasty door. The foul odor of the bathroom hit me so I wanted to through up, but I could not escape because the lady behind the counter did speak and at that point I was obligated ( I was craving a Humphrey). So she took my order and told the other little girl what I wanted. The counters were unkept, and needed a desperate cleaning. The containers of fruits was not covered and food was everywhere. The entire floor was black and hadn’t seen a mop at all. I wanted to cancel my order but I couldn’t talk because for an ice cream shop it was given unclean. She gave me the Humphrey I ordered and immediately went back to her phone, but she quickly said thank you as if it was an after thought. Please, please clean up this restaurant by hiring a professional commercial cleaning company and also see what is going on in the toilet area. You might want to spend a little money and just revamp the place entirely. Sorry but this is my honest opinion. Yes, I paid 8.00 but I threw the entire Humphrey...

Not sure what's been going on with the cooks recently but I always came to this shop to get the turkey melt. Everytime i got one it was delicious and made correctly up until recenly. The last 3 visits my sandwhiches were cold, no avacado, wrong mayo and the meat was covered and i mean COVERED in salt and pepper. Because of how terrible my sandwhich was i called a manager and she wrote my name down to get my sandwhich remade free. Went to redeem my sandwhich the girl at the drive thru completely screwed up my order and charged me for the free sandwhich i was supposed to get. My yogurt was halfway melted by the time i got it, no lid like i asked and they STILL made my sandwhich incorretly... i wont be visiting this location...
