Griff's of Shreveport — Restaurant in Shreveport

UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 07, 2025....It was cold as all get out in the restaurant. They got my husband's burger wrong, so they fixed him another the correct way.....they just let the burger sit on the hot lamp instead of calling us back to the counter to get it. The 3 ladies standing in the front behind the counter were just talking, so I told my husband to go up there to see if they were finished making the corrected burger. He noticed that It was just sitting there. Your workers need to be more attentive to the customers instead of talking and laughing amongst each other. *

Good location but wasn't too happy with food or atmosphere. Restrooms had no water or paper towels. Fiance was very pleased about his hamburger with added chili (the chili does cost extra).

Update as of Monday 08/28/23.... Restaurant was clean....had a pleasant smell. I had a fish (that was overly cooked). Fiance had a double hamburger which he told the cashier twice how he wanted. Cashier called in order and gave specifics of order but cook still got it wrong.

Update 01/28/24, had good experience this time for the most part. Mushroom burger was great.

Mushroom burger was good. Good customer service. Place did seem a little ghetto though, the way they were screaming when communicating with each other. The restaurant was freezing...

Me and my daughter stopped here for a quick lunch. The burgers and fries were delicious. They were hot and fresh. My daughter went to the counter to ask for some ketchup packets, while the lady behind the counter was talking with her co workers. The lady seemed annoyed by my daughter and was like “ain’t no ketchup over there?” Instead of saying hey there is some over there. I’m not someone who comes to Griffs often so I don’t know where the ketchup is, and this was my daughter first visit ever, therefore that’s why we asked. The staff there is a bit rude and the building itself in the hood. So I didn’t expect much anyways… either way me and my daughter loved the food. I would recommend just going through the drive through to get your food and not dining in. As someone from Shreveport who’s travels many places, Shreveport has some of the rudest most unprofessional workers in customer service 🤷🏾‍♀️. I had a very disappointing experience at the Shreveport Griffs Burgers location today. The customer service from the staff at the front was terrible—rude and dismissive. The only employees who showed kindness and professionalism were the gentlemen cooking in the back and the man preparing the shakes.

What made the experience worse was that the staff locked the doors and said they were “too busy” and did not want to deal with a long line. Who does that? Serving customers is part of their job. Several people outside were trying to get lunch but had to leave because they would not allow more than three people in line at a time.

This is completely unacceptable, especially at lunchtime near a hospital and in an area where many city workers typically come for food. Unfortunately, this was strike three for me, and I am not sure I will...
