I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my experience at this particular location has been consistently disappointing. For weeks now, they’ve been out of coffee mug sleeves. Other local locations like Youree Drive and Bert Kouns always have them, so it’s frustrating that this store never seems to. If I'm paying full price for my drink, shouldn't that cover the basics like a cup sleeve? Also, when I needed to stop in for a bathroom break. The sleeves are stocked near the wall. So which one is it? Are you out of stock or cutting cost? Even more frustrating is the constant issue with drink accuracy. I often place my orders online for drive-thru pickup, and more often than not, they’re incorrect. Whether it’s missing the extra pumps of syrup I paid for or other details being wrong, it’s become a regular inconvenience. Paying for a HOT coffee and being passed a extra ice coffee is crazy. Turning around to get the drink remade is time-consuming, and fixing it at home defeats the purpose of the convenience I’m paying for. Read moreTerrible experience. Ordered online 15 minutes before hand when inside to pick up- it was a chai. I leave and get a chance to taste it and it is definitely not chai but coffee. I called in to get it reimbursed back to my card as I had a meeting and not enough time to go back and I was left on hold for over 30 minutes and whenever you tried to call back, the line was busy because they left it off the hook. My meeting ended early I had enough time to go back and the workers were really rude. I came on really understanding but they acted like I was the problem. One even look over laughing and said oh she’s the one with the chai from the phone. So they purposely never came back and picked up the phone when I called. The lady looked back at the manager I assume and said I’ll take care of this if you deal with her. He did come over and reluctantly remake my drink. Read moreI preordered and when I got there, my drink was ready, but my two lemon loaf orders were not. There was only 2 people working and you could see a long list of mobile stickers lined up that had been waiting a long time to be filled. There was about 10 people standing there waiting and upset that their orders weren't ready. Finally, this girl strolls in very slowly with this crazy looking smile like she had been out getting high before coming into work. She was moving around ridiculously slow. She did not greet anyone nor apologize for the wait and inconvenience. I waited for 20 mins just to be told they were out of what I ordered. Usually, when you're out, the mobile app will tell you the store is sold out, and it did not tell me that. I was also late to work because of this, and I will not be returning to that store.
