The sushi is just okay, just note all “crab” items—including the expensive “snow crab” rolls—are just surimi (imitation crab), which feels like false advertising. If you try to have it removed from your bill, expect a frustrating pushback. The service overall is another weak point—the staff seems poorly trained and uninterested, clearly just there for a paycheck. There’s no sense of hospitality or effort to make guests feel welcome. That said, the food does have some highlights. The Penang curry is excellent, and I keep coming back for it. The Pad Thai and hibachi are also solid, and the seaweed salad is surprisingly amazing. Although be careful with the soy sauce—it’s much stronger than at most places. Lastly avoid the fountain drinks (Shreveports swampy water taste), and the soups carry a mild version of it too. Luckily, they offer bottled sodas, water, and alcohol.

Friendly staff. Excellent jasmine tea. But to call what I orders Singapore noodles was not. I did not like the taste it was nasty. I don’t like being asked did you know what you ordered. I’m am not like people who are trying something for the first time. Check my reviews I eat all over, and a lot of Thai food. It’s supposed to be a dry curry noodle dish. Both this soupy brown gravy dish they served me. They removed it from my bill, but I wanted to pay, I did order it. But learn how to make a proper dish. The dish my coworker ordered looked like what I was expecting. I won’t be back, but if you guys need I’ll come in your kitchen and show the proper way to make the disk. But I’ll attaché a photo of what it should look like. Should be ashamed to call that dish what you did.

Our 1st visit, but not the last! Bob had Pad Kee Mao, (spicy noodles with Beef.) I had Pineapple Curry with chicken, spice level 3. We shared a Thai sushi roll, and split an order of cucumber and crab salad. We devastated the salad and sushi roll like starving people, but each took some of our entrees to go home. Our server was May, a lovely, serene, and very helpful person for us to encounter on our 1st visit. Such a delight for us to have help us enjoy the food of this establishment. She tried to warn me that heat level 3 was quite spicy. I balanced her words with the fact that, although not Cajun, Bob and I both enjoy spicy food from time to time! So we went.for it. It was perfect. 7 stars! Go and enjoy a new flavor experience!

Where do I begin with this place? The restaurant is dark and dingy, and sticky. Your first impression as you see a bunch of stuff piled just to the side of the front counter is that this place doesn’t care. The waitress sat us at a booth by the window. Within seconds we noticed several nats flying around our table. I stepped away to use the restroom, the last stall of the restroom has a locked door that separates you and the toilet from the kitchen…umm how do I know this? I could hear food being mixed in a wok while I’m doing my business. I come back to the table and proceed to kill 4 nats. Our order was already in. While we waited, I noticed on the window seal there are piles and I mean piles of tiny black bugs, we promptly moved. Not sure why we didn’t just leave right then and there, and cancel our order. Yelp reviews mentioned that their Phad Thai was the best in Shreveport, so against our better judgment we waited. I specifically try Phad Thai in every city I visit - that includes all over the world. My wife had initially debated between sesame and orange chicken just to be told that it’s the same sauce…um what? Alright, orange it is. While we waited, another worker plopped a raw fish right on the counter outside of the kitchen, without using a board or anything to avoid contamination. Sushi anyone? Gross. The food came, the portions are large, but let me tell you as someone who knows what Phad Thai is supposed to taste like, this was a disgusting over salted mess. Someone took a bottle of soy sauce, dumped it all over noodles and called it Phad Thai. No ma’am! Last straw, a new nat landing in my wife’s over cooked orange/sesame chicken. I asked for a manager, our waitress claimed she is the manager…? I told her that I had killed 4 nats thus far, the food is awful and I will not pay for it. She smirked as if she knows they have a bug problem and without push back agree not to charge us. We promptly left - hungry, never to return again. I’m shocked that this place has ever passed an inspection. Save your time and money and enjoy a...

The hibachi was ok there were a bunch of servers and only 2 other tables but still took a while to get drink orders taken and our food. The salad was just lettuce with a creamy ginger dressing no tomatoes or cucumbers or anything just iceberg lettuce and dressing. The miso soup 🤢 it tasted like it was made with dish water it was terrible! The portions of hibachi meals are large but hardly any veggies mostly onions and the rice is pretty greasy. My husband and I both had stomach issues the next day. I got excited to see they have bubble tea, living in Houston and visiting frequently still, I love & miss bubble tea but never found it around here. I didn't try it and I don't think I will go back to do so especially after trying the "green tea" ice cream. I got it to go and ate when I got home it tasted as if they took a very small amount of actual green tea ice cream and mixed in with a lot of vanilla ice cream. I realize matcha powder is expensive but come on. Also I guess they don't have a liquor license because they have no alcohol, which was a bummer I like to have saké with Japanese food. I definitely wouldn't dare try the sushi from there. We won't go back, I'd prefer Shogun or Hana it'd be worth the drive even though this place is closer to where we live I would not eat there again. Maybe it was a bad night idk that's why I gave 3 stars but the miso, the salad and gt ice cream are inexcusable, that's more than a bad night that's just...

The management could not Have been nicer. We inquired about spiciness of the dishes. They told us they could do 1 to 5. They stuck to their word! Everything. Looked great so we ordered an assortment of things. These dishes are huge! We Always order dinner portions for later on. I had Scallop and filet mignon Hibachi style. We got lots of steak and 6 very large scallops! They were Heavenly! They don' have teriyaki sauce sitting On the table and I forgot to ask for it or yum yum sauce! The veggies were good I would of liked some bean sprouts in them but the carrots .zucchini ,mushrooms , and broccoli were done to perfection .I have only been eating sushi for a year, and that wss cucumber or avocado. My friend ordered a crunchy California roll. I tasted and she swore the crab was cooked! She has been known to lie to me@!@ It was very tasty. I know it is suppose to be healthy for you. But I bet you don't have a compromised immune system. We had steamed dumplings so delicate! We had very crisy egg rolls, loved them. We had to stop, soup and salad had been packed up. But plan on returning for dessert. Prices were comparable to other JAPANESE Restaurants in town! This one is around my block! Since the chef will work on spiciness, I am ready to try Thai Pad an Pho Bowl! We were not rushed an enjoyed everything I also want try their...
