My visit to Taco Bell on March 15th, around 4:00 PM, was incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed by the manager on duty.
Upon arrival, I witnessed the manager openly discussing sensitive matters about other employees in front of customers, which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite this, I proceeded to place my order, requesting a side of shredded lettuce and a side of jalapeños.
After patiently waiting for several minutes without any indication of my order being prepared, I politely inquired about the status of my order to the front desk employee. However, instead of receiving a courteous response, the manager rudely interrupted from the line, making snide remarks about not having even made my order yet.
Feeling embarrassed and disrespected, I returned to my seat without receiving my order. As the wait continued, I decided to request a refund. When the manager finally came up to process the refund, her behavior was even more appalling. She hollered across the restaurant, making a scene, and displaying a complete lack of professionalism.
Her demeanor was nothing short of rude and nasty, and it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for her. The entire experience left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.
I have never encountered such disrespectful treatment from a manager in any establishment. The behavior exhibited by the manager at Taco Bell was unacceptable and completely tarnished my impression of the restaurant. We are of pure vegetarian family because of religious reason that's why we prefer tacobell than others. We trusted this tacobell center for our order even before checkout I asked the lady if it has any beef or pork.she said no its completely vegetarian as you ordered. But when we ate beef came. When i went to the door and ask the other black lady was so rude damn rude instead of agreeing their mistake she said did you customize to vegetarian burrito. I said it's a completely veggie burrito from menu. Then her attitude slow down little. Then manager saw the order online and found their mistake and offered a veggie burrito without even saying a single sorry. The lady whom i asked before i checkout my order first time came to give the veggie burrito and i asked why you said there is no beef or pork. Its completely vegetarian as you ordered. Then she said i did not prepared your order and shut down the door on face. Because of These uneducated fellows we had to taste beef today which is against our religious beliefs. Hope God gonna do appropriate for these type of people.
I hope tacobell gonna take appropriate steps for vegetarian people. Because every day a vegetarian face these kind of problems...
Read more**As of February 01, 2025....AGAIN, we were NOT greeted the 5 minutes that we were at the cash register....not by anyone so we ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. I suggest y'all get some workers that show good customer service. We WON'T go to another Taco Bell because y'all suck!!!!
**AS OF AUG 25, 2024, It was at least 5 minutes before we were even greeted. The floor in the kitchen area was filthy, as well as several tables in the lobby. They weren't that busy so there was no reason for the store to be in that condition. I will post a couple of pictures once I'm able to.
*As of June 27th, things are the same. There's still great customer service and food. I just love the cheesy Gordita crunch but without the sour cream!
Food was great! Great location. Great customer service....cashier was nice enough to come show us how to put our order in since you have to enter the order yourself on the screen that's not behind the counter. Oh, I am so glad they brought the Mexican pizza back. It was so delicious without the beans....
