Do yourself favor and just go across the street to Southern Classic Chicken. There is a reason they have a line and this place does not.

Horrible Customer Service

NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE.

Order the 12 piece with 2 sides plus an extra side. There was no line, and it took roughly ten minutes to get the giant food bag and so i assumed it was all in there as they girl at the window said it was. Drove the 15 minutes home only to arrive and find out, they never gave me the fries that cost almost 6 dollars. Then, when I called (3) times, it was sent to voice mail each time after the second ring. And the voicemail is full, so you could not leave one.

So, while my family ate before the food got cold, i had to drive the 15 minutes back to get these $6 fries. When I asked how they planned on making it right, they gave me the missing fries that were now cold. And when I ask about giving me the 2pc dark meal (a $ 5 meal) so I could eat right now to compensate for my time (45 minutes total) and travel and because now when I get home all the food would be cold they said no.

Chicken was bland and did not seem like there was any seasoning in the coating. It's not very crispy either, but that could be due to not being ate in the first 45 minutes.

Mash potatoes were eatable. But who serves white sausage gravy with mashed potatoes and without the sausage in the gravy, Noone at all. Brown gravy goes with mash potatoes.

Fries were cold, but they were fries, so not much to say.

Fried okra as much as I would like to complain I can't. The breading was still crispy, and they were still good even cold.

Yeast Rolls well again. I would like to complain, but they were good. But it's kind of hard to mess up a dinner roll.

I visit the 9430 Mansfield Rd. location Shreveport Louisiana. It took 45 minutes for me to get hot food when the young lady fix my food, I opened while at counter & the chicken was warm! I asked for HOT! I was told that it will be 20 minutes before Hot chicken will come up. I watched the cook put two batches of grease slanging HOT chicken on the rack. She still did not serve me. I’m looking at other people come in there getting their food leaving, elder a couple came in ate and they left out at the same time I left and I was just getting my food. I called the location spoke to the young black lady with the horse ponytail hair and she stated that she was a manager, HER UNDERSTANDING OF MY COMPLAINT WAS ZERO! I asked for her name she refused to give me her name and she told me that the manager district or whoever will be in tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM I am very unsatisfied with the service. The only reason why I waited because number one I was hungry number two I had my mouth set on this particular chicken at this location, but the service was horrible and I don’t know who this young lady is but if you’re a manager, you shouldn’t have any problems in giving your name but the reason why you didn’t give me your name was because you know that YOU was being a DEVIL! having me sit there waiting that long, but it’s OK. I came into the Mansfield Road locations drive-thru and ordered a two-piece catfish fillet meal with mashed potatoes and a Arnold Palmer, I asked for my fish to be fried fresh and for tartar sauce. I get to the window pay for my food, keep in mind it started storming, I get home over off Pines Road check my food it's nowhere near fresh and hot it's hard, cold and you can tell it was old! The hush puppies corn was all dried up and they were hard as a rock, the fish no sight of fresh and hot anywhere! And even the mashed potatoes were old, and let me not forget I had a iced tea instead of my Arnold Palmer! I called the store until the manager whom did not want to give out her name but sounded like a Caucasian female, I expressed to her that I had just gotten off of work my head was pounding and it's storming and I wouldn't be able to drive some food back over there that should have been fresh and hot for the customers in the first place! She very dryly said well I can bring it another day and they'll give me a refund, I asked for the corporate office number she gave that to me very dryly also and told me to have a nice day!
