Too bad you can not us negative numbers... 1 star is WAY to high for this.
Fraud, theft call it what you will. When you order through the app 1 $45 order, the app only show 1 $45 order yet you bank shows them charging you for 2 $45 orders, and after a month still no resolution. Takes for ever to respond, always some lame excuse as to sorry its taking longer than normal to resolve this... How long does it take to look at the screen shots that show 1 order 2 charges and so we owe you a refund.
Instead of just refunding the money, they give us some excuse and tell us to go to the bank and have them research and reverse it. Why should we have to waste time to do that, pay whatever fees the bank would charge for that, get the debit card cancelled and reordered for fraudulent charges because they screw up and refuse to solve the issue.
This is after sending the screenshots to both corporate and the location follow up every 3 or 4 days for almost a month...
All I can say is if you value your time and money then go here at your own risk because they may just steal your money and tell you oh well no one cares.
But what do you expect from Shreveport, especially the Mansfield Rd area.

Read moreI went in today on my lunch break (30 minutes) to pick up my online order the Carolina triple stack and the only thing that was on my sandwich was meat and cheese none of the sauces or crispy onions that are supposed to come on the sandwich. By the time I realized it I had taken a huge bite out of my sandwich and my lunch break was over. I called and asked if I could get it remade tomorrow because I cant leave work. I was told by another Emloyee that the manager said they could remake it if I brought it back but not tomorrow so I ate a dry sandwich and spent $10 on something that was made incorrectly because I was hungry and not able to go back. After a month of talking to corporate and this store several times over with this store specifically ignoring us for weeks they finally sent us points while waiting for a refund then, Blair from this store wrote and told us we were not getting a refund for food we did not buy on a clear error within the app with visual proof from our bank sent to this stores management and corporate several times.
