Wendy's — Restaurant in Shreveport

I ordered the new mozzarella chicken. It tasted pretty good but the edge pieces of the fried cheese were hard and old grease tasting. So when I got to those parts at made it kind of gross. It seemed like a lot of people were working there and there was only one car in the drive through when I walked into the lobby so I found it odd that it took them as long as it did to ask me what I wanted. Fries were wimpy and not hot. Not cold just barely warm. And I'm just here reviewing because I try to review everywhere I go. I realize this is no five-star restaurant but it's also not the best Wendy's I've ever been to. I also go a small cheese burger to take home. And that's the only thing I have to take a picture of. I also got with my meal a vanilla Frosty that I plopped into a cherry vanilla Coke for a float. Their carbonation was super low on the machine. And the syrup tasted a bit off. But that seems to be everywhere I go in Shreveport lately so it might have something to do with the yucky...

Customer service was horrible. While we were dining in, there was at least one customer from drive-through that had to come inside in which the ladies behind the counter was laughing at the customer. When my fiance ordered our food, the ladies had an attitude in which they gave him cold coffee when we first ordered. When he asked for jelly, one lady made the smart remark, "It's customers like you that use up everything." We had 4 biscuits in which we were only given 2 packs of grape jelly. The CSR claimed they didn't have anymore. Then, they started cursing while we were eating. I think it's time for you all to get another crew that shows respect to your customers before you don't...

ON that day my husband and I went too that Wendy's on Pines Road, we order 2 hamburger, mines should have been no tomatoes, no ketchup, his should have been. no onions, no pickles, no cheese, everything we said, we didn't want. they put it on our hamburgers. the hamburgers was cold. and the fries were cold. we didn't take it back. but I call and the manager, and explain too her what happened. And she apologize, she told me. she was sorry... it will never happen again. I believe her. she told us we could pick up another hamburger. We didn't want another one. that was the first time that ever happened we have went in Greenwood Louisiana and bought hamburgers from Wendy's they are so delicious hot and they put everything the way you order on our hamburgers, it was just a mistake on the Pines Road location... I love Wendy's...
