I placed an online order and picked it up , when I got home I noticed that one of the pizzas was missing a topping ( the only topping my son eats ) and the rest of the pizzas had very little to almost no toppings at all , the mushroom pizza looks like they took one singular mushroom shaved it into paper this slices but the stinginess didn’t bother me as much as the missing topping for my son , so I called to let them know , a young lady answers , I calmly tell her what I had ordered and what was missing and she laughs at me and with a rude snarky attitude and tone tells me that I’m wrong and that what I got is in fact what I ordered , I explained that my receipt Has the order I wanted correctly so I don’t understand how that could be different on her end . She insists that I’m wrong and then said “you know what bring me your phone so I can see “ before I responded she hung up on me , no apology and no understanding. I drive back to the store and ask to speak to the manager to tell him the story that all I ask for is a simple : sorry for the mix up please bring your receipt to the store and we will fix it “ but instead was confronted and almost felt like I was accused of lying . I explain how she laughed at me on the phone so she jumps from the back and starts telling me in a very rude confrontational manner that she did not laugh and threatens to replay the phone call which I agree and said go ahead play it back , but she didn’t . She was so ill mannered and rude continued to be push the subject . The manager was nice he was handleing the matter in a professional way and after seeing the receipt on my phone offered to make me the correct pizza . This young lady is very rude she should not be answering phone calls because she has zero costumer service training . And her attitude is horrible and she has no right talking to customers...
Read moreThey always mess up our orders. Delivery time is never 30-40 minutes, always at least an hour. It doesn't even matter if you are ordering close by/in Shrewsbury, they will take their sweet time. They manipulate the tracking system because 20 minutes after placing the order, it says it's already delivered. If we ask for a certain sauce or drink, they bring a different flavor. ALWAYS. Our last order can in with totally different items, and our food was cold and soggy like they didn't even use the insulated bag.
When we went there to pick up an order a month or so ago, we waited 20 minutes for the kid at the register to tell us he couldn't give us our change because he said his manager had the keys and wouldn't give them to him. His manager was outside smoking and having a grand ol' time with employees or fellow management.
Never ordering from here again. I'll stick to my Sturbridge location when I go see my friends out...
Read moreIf there was a zero, that's what they would have gotten. I have unfortunately tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, and I have ordered from them several times. Each time was a BAD experience. I order delivery as I am in an 18 wheeler, so pick up is out of the question. The falsify the tracker to look like they are getting orders out faster than they are. One time, the put the wrong pizza in my box, so I got a mushroom pizza, but paid for an extravaganza. 90 minutes later, finally got the right pizza. Tonight, after waiting 90 minutes, 45 minutes after the tracker was on it's way, called the store, and was told it was on it's way. Manager was argumentative. 60 minutes later tracker shows pizza delivered, but I don't have it. Called again, manager said 15 more minutes. So, I order at 6:25 pm, and at 9:00 pm. Told another 15 minutes. Told them not to bother, and...
