I read the counter back from you on the pizza from Monmouth Monmouth beach. I run a business as well and have been fortunate. If someone isn’t totally happy I’m not happy. I’m really sorry to have upset you but would you rather not know about the problem. We order from you continually and my guys go there for subs. I didn’t need the discourse about your family. We all have that. I’m sorry but that’s how I felt. We called to get another pie and willing to pay but you were already closed. Your husband is very nice and so are you. It’s only business and it’s hard to please everyone. I just thought my brother being unwell was justified in his concern. I’m not a hater and have lived here in town for many years and support all small local business. I’m sorry you took it to heart. Went in and ordered my 2 slices and watched two guys stand at the counter eating over the pies on display.i didn't want to make a issue so I took my slice and left but did bring it to there attention to be told they where not paying attention.they literally had a conversation as the two guys stood over the pies chomping at there food over the displayed pies,and as I walked out the guy behind the counter said I shouldn't worry about it. sad part is I really like the pizza cause it's solid thin crust no whippy limpy crust,but there no excuse for any of that. we were disappointed w/ our first time ordering ☹️ very nice people .. food not so much. the semolina pie was good, not amazing and unfortunately we had to throw out the beet salad we couldn’t get it down it was either canned or frozen beets that literally had zero flavor and the romaine appeared to be right out of the pre washed bag (which is all good just don’t charge $13 for it ) we added grilled chicken which might have been 1/4 worth of a chicken breast that tasted no better than the beets 😣 And finally the pasta Fagioli… lacked flavor and cannelini beans (might’ve been 5 in the whole “soup” and appeal all the way...
