This is my first time ordering (online) or ever trying this place .I made an account and everything I was super excited to try this place . Unfortunately, if I could give zero stars I would. I made an order at 7:51pm last night I arrived at the store at 8:02 the lights were off and the store was close . In my experience from working in food service, we typically didn't take orders 15-20minutes before close and if someone ordered and they were late we would call them to remind them or we at least stayed 10 minutes after store closing ,they should shut off there online ordering system 10-15 minutes before close or least have the decency to not to even take my order .I called today to get a refund .The lady asked me what the order was I told her then I proceeded to ask if I could get new drinks or at least a refund since they took the money out of my account, she said that there was nothing she could do That it's my problem she was extremely rude the worst customer service ever .I asked if I could talk to a manager or somebody else and she told me I can call the customer service line when I asked her the number she said she didn't know it that I could look it up online . 20 dollars for two basic smoothies ridiculous. I will never go...

Went into this location yesterday and there was one woman working the entire shop. she was extremely friendly and dealt with an unruly customer and her partner. the karen was escalating things and the lady working handled herself with poise and grace. she then carried on with her work. whoever she is, give her a raise. will absolutely come back...
