Just got off work couldn't make it to the food store for some deli meat so I thought I would try the next best thing. WRONG the last couple of times I've been at the shrewsbury location there us always some kind of problem. First it was the employee sweeping the floor he was going to use the same gloves he was sweeping the floor with to make my sandwich, I had to tell him to please change his gloves, this should have been my last visit, then it was today when i was looking at the menu and they were texting on there phones I had to ask them to change their gloves. So now I should have just walked out because I didn't need the attitude. But no I put my order in for a mini #8. I like o/v on the side they usually put it in the bag with the sub so it doesn't open up well guess what happen o/v had open in the bag and now it's all over my car seat and work papers. Read moreI have to preface this by saying that I have never felt the need to complain about a business before, after working in retail for many years. My order was made correctly, but I had to wait almost 10 minutes for one sub to be ready. If they were very busy I would have understood, however there was only one person in front of me, and the FOUR employees were fooling around behind the counter and clearly weren’t focused on doing their job. This is also the only business I have been into since everything opened back up to normal where you still can’t go up to the counter to order, which definitely slowed down the process even more. Read moreordered from here and for the 2nd time they didn't have the bread i requested; white bread was substituted and both times it was hard as a brick, definitely wasn't fresh. i didn't call to complain abt the first time but this time i did. robert, the manager seemed apologetic enough but quite frankly a simple phone call to say we're outta such-and-such bread would have sufficed. you assume i want white bread when quite frankly if that's what you have i'd rather no sandwich at all. and when i pick-up my order, no one even says anything abt the bread substitution. that's not good customer service. and it sucks bc i put a tip in the jar on the counter and didn't even get what i...
