Changing my review after all these years. Dont know if they are under new management or workers aren't paid enough but after not having Lee's for a few years I wanted to go back.
I went back two weeks ago and waited at the speaker for 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Ordered my food, got to the window and waited another 10 minutes. After all this time im told their credit card machine is down and I cant even pay for my food. They told me to go to a bank and take out cash and come back. Not happening. Left and went somewhere else.
Now maybe I just had a bad day so I went last week to try again. Had an AI at the speaker that barely understood and a person had to come in. Food was good. But just an annoying experience.
Now today I go in and order again, only reason I really go to lees is for the gizzards. Go through get my food. Drive home. Find out they gave me livers instead. Like come on...3 weeks, 3 days, and 3 terrible experiences. What happened to lees? This place used to be so good and now I really dont see myself going back at this rate.

I work 3rd shift and came to get a meal before I came into work for my dinner that is at 3AM and specifically asked for as much ranch as they could possibly give me for my meal. I am a picky eater and cannot eat my meal without it. I received no ranch and y’all can say I’m being overdramatic about the situation but I don’t care. My whole meal wasted and I wasted my money for them to tell me the next day that they couldn’t do anything for me besides give me more ranch for a meal I already threw away that night because I couldn’t stand to eat it without the ranch. I’m really disappointed at the management and even more disappointed with the DM who was asked by management what to do with my situation who confirmed that they couldn’t do anything because I received my food and that’s what I paid for and the ranch is free. But my food was not able to be ate because I didn’t receive all that I had asked for therefore something should’ve been done about it. Read moreI can’t believe I have to write this review but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Went to place a to-go order. Had to wait while the employees played around with each other. Finally time to order and she asked what we wanted then walked away. Came back let me start to place my order then turned around and grabbed a potatoe wedge that was sitting on the back counter, turned back to me and then proceeded to take a bite of the potatoe wedge, chew with her mouth open and kinda say “sorry”. Was so grossed out by that we left. Her hair was long and unkept, multiple lip piercings that looked interested and bleeding, zero manners, nor customer service skills, and looked annoyed we were even ordering food.
