HORRIBLE! I don't understand how this place is still in business. If we could give zero stars, we definitely would! But, in all seriousness, the people that work here are never wrong! Ever! We ordered nearly $30 for 3 items and our fried rice was not even fried! It was raw! My husband called, and I warned him it was a waste of time and guess what? It was! They told him, "that's the way we cook it". So, not cooked at all, I guess? Offered not even an apology, which is FREE!! We will never be ordering from here again and hopefully, the rest of Sidney will do the same! The attitude of the staff here is disgraceful!! Not wanting to go to the buffet that is in town where we have went before, I decied we would give Lee's a try. Placing the order was simple enough; however, after placing the order and paying over the phone I was abruptly hung up on without notice of how long it might take for delivery. This is the only negative thing I have to say about the experience as it is rather rude to just hang up abruptly on a customer. The food was delivered in less than 20min, hot and ready to eat. Read moreCalled today 10/19/2017 to enjoy some Chinese food. I was asked to hold and I could hear everything. The other line started to ring and the kid picked up the line and took their order, as I'm still waiting on hold. Then he tells them 13 mins and hangs up which also hangs up on me. I call back and the girl tells me to hold. I asked her to speak to manager or owner, she says please hold. The kid then answered me and I said I was waiting on manager or owner. He said that they aren't hear. I said someone in charge then. He gives me to this other girl that says hello. I said "Are you in charge" and she says no and hangs up. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me and it will be the last for sure. Hong Kong and Fuji is about to get more business...
