Went to order cookie crumble, they said they had no whipped cream. Then when they were about to make my coffee they stated they had no mocha. They tried to say we can add... I interrupted them & said cancel my order & refund me. To me no whipped cream & no mocha makes no cookie crumble. So annoying they are inside target why no go purchase the stuff you need to make the drinks. This is why I usually go to 7 leaves. They never run out of ingredients for...

Not friendly customer service. I went there on Aug, 2nd around noon. Just because I didn't know much about the menus, doesn't mean the cashier should treat me and my family rudely like that. The cashier's attitude was not very welcome and feel like she didn't even want to take orders. Starbucks at other locations were not like this at all. The signal Hill SB on California and spring has good location in safe area with ample parking . Good clientele mix with students , biz ppl, working ppl. Locals.
