Bad sanitation habits. Watch the workers keep the same gloves on for the entire 30mins we were in the establishment. One worker took cash with here gloves in took them off and laid them in the back counter picked up the same gloves put them back on and served the ice cream. Then would give out the brownies or sticking their fingers I side of the cup they were serving to customers. That's after scratching the neck and or adjusting their hair same gloves even saw them leave out then come back in pick up the same gloves off the back counter and start serving again. The biggest cost to any place should be gloves and employees people say that is nothing to worry about but think of the skin and germs going into what you eat from there. Because in any situation like that just throw the gloves away when you have a boxes full of them on the wall. People need to understand that's a problem everywhere you go and don't just over look it because that how diseases and other...

This is such a fun stop for a treat! The employees are always so pleasant... even when busy. They are very accommodating and always make sure your order is right! I even brought my great dane one day for her first ice cream. Everyone loved coming out to meet her and watch her enjoy her treat. They have so many flavors of ice cream. I also love that they serve a variety of other delicious treats as well!

Two things I hope they'd add to the menu: malt powder (to add to shakes or as an ice cream topping), and chocolate dipped waffle...

I ordered a specialty holiday stuffed shake. I asked for a different flavor of ice cream instead of the peppermint moose tracks. I was told no, they could not substitute the ice cream. I asked why and she replied we just can't. I said you literally have to scoop the kind I do not want when the kind I was is 5 containers down. I understand if it was prepaid or something but she had to scoop it out. If I am paying almost $13 for milkshake, I should be able to get the kind of ice...
