Pho N Rolls is a good Vietnamese option here in Siloam, the only other place that serves anything like Pho is So Chill Eat. The good is very tasty, glad to have this place here. I've only tried Vietnamese one other time in a long-standing restaurant in Madison Wisconsin and it was DELICIOUS, this compared pretty good to that so I'm happy with it!
Lots of delicious choices on the menu - I'm glad they have quite a bit to choose from. They have Pho (of course) as well as Spicy Beef Noodles and Bedf Noodles. They also have some YUMMY spring rolls and tasty Thai peanut dip. The one thing they don't have that the name of the restaurant implies (in my opinion), are sushi rolls! They have lots of spring toll and egg roll options though, but somewhat misleading if you ask me. But we are starting to get a couple of sushi options in the past few months so that has beale nice! Their meat (both BBQ pork, chicken, squid, etc) is all very tasty. Everything we've had ok the menu is really good, just don't have a ton of Vietnamese experience to compare it to honestly.
The environment is great, lots of space and space between tables so it doesn't seem crowded even when it's busy which is nice. It's a clean restaurant, not just the environment you're eating in or the desk to pay, but their bathrooms are as well - all around its a good experience with good food.
The service is pretty good too, the people there are very quick making the food and you don't have to wait long at all which is nice. The quality isn't lower bc it comes out quick either, the food you get is full of flavor and good quality ingredients. Sometimes you may wait a few minutes for a refill in your drink or to get a to go box because you're done, but the staff is very responsive when you do ask...
Read moreLocated in a kind of a mini-Asian/oriental business center.. We started with the BBQ pork springs rolls. They were a good value and delicious. Two large spring rolls filled with plenty of BBQ pork. You didn’t have to look for the meat, it was end to end, in the spring rolls. We had #28 (Grilled Chicken Vermicelli and Egg Roll) and the #40 (Grilled Chicken and BBQ Pork). The chicken on both of these dishes had a good charred exterior crust and a pleasant taste that matched. The flavorful BBQ pork that was served with the #40 was chopped. The two (chicken and BBQ pork) went together very well. Most importantly both dishes had a generous portion of meat. The service is friendly, but somewhat absent and inattentive. I signaled for the check and the owner signaled me to come up to the counter to settle up. I would say service is not their most prominent virtue. Next door to the east side of Pho & Rolls is a nail salon and on the west side an oriental food market. I’m guessing all related. It is easy to get to, on the north side of Highway 412 just east of Mt Olive St. The food is very good! The staff is friendly and provides adequate service, just don’t expect to be blown away by...
Read moreOne of my top 3 favorite restaurants in NWA. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever seen the owners without a genuine smile and I can't help but believe they really like what they do. It's casual and great for dates, kids, casual meals after work, or any occasion you may want good Vietnamese food at all.
The food is excellent. Obviously the pho (pictured) is the staple but I would say that the other menu items are just as good. The Hu Tieu Bo Kho (#24, also pictured) is my all time favorite. I have never been disappointed with the quality or the flavors of the food. It's always been good and I keep coming back and if my job paid more I would probably go every week.
