Taco Bell — Restaurant in Siloam Springs

Right when we first walked in and started ordering on the kiosk we jumped cause the manager lady yelled, extremely loudly, to her employees that someone needed to take the trash out. So then when we got our food we noticed how little our wraps were. I said light lettuce and got lots of lettuce, no meat and the potatoes was so hard we couldn't eat them and on top of that they were cold. We had to wait on our chicken tacos and when we got those they were so hard that my friend wouldn't eat his. They messed up on our drink orders and also forgot his tacos till we had to remind them. I hate leaving bad reviews and I love taco bell but this was by far my worst experience eating at taco bell. The manager then took her employees out where everyone was eating and did a meeting, during dinner time so was very busy, and continued to be very loud in the meeting and everyone in the store kept looking at one another. She obviously takes her management position to a whole new level I've never seen. You could tell her employees were very stressed under her management. I won't be back to this taco bell so thank God there's another one....I know this one hasn't been open long but there's this thing called common sense and this manager isn't a good leader.... I am a doordasher and I simply just asked how long on my order because I stood there for over 20 minutes. These employees refused to give me their names so I could report them. They then told me to leave the store and not come back. Later, I had another order from here, and as soon as I got to the window, the woman yelled that I was there again, and they then told me to leave again. Very rude and unprofessional. I finally got my order after I had to stand at the door and knock. (Lobby was closed) I seen my order sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes before I was finally acknowledged and brought my order. Very unwelcoming experience. Filthy tables, no one noticed us. We were confused with kiosk, and no one would help. Finally got kiosk to work. Elderly couple came in waiting at the front register looking at workers. They didn't acknowledge them. My husband said loudly there was no customer service. A woman finally came with an attitude. She looked so put out. She told them the only way to order was kiosk and walked away. WOW. There was over 8 workers near the drive-thru, no one in the drive-thru.
