Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Siloam Springs

I have recently been going to this location for their chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese, and I must say both have been great IF available. I just went through the drive through earlier to be told they are out of Mac and cheese for the night, mind you they don't close for almost another 3 hours...they were already out before i arrived, so im sure its probably closer to 4 hours when they ran out before they are scheduled to close...so either they are too lazy to make more and management doesn't know, or management has made it a policy not to make more than a certain amount no matter how much longer they are open. Management may also say, well we can't store leftovers overnight so this is in the interest of providing fresh quality food. Well, I say you are negating that by not having your mainstay sides available the last 3 to 4 hours you are open for business. So I drove across town right behind the guy that was in line in front of me to KFC just to get my side of Mac and cheese. I listened to the guy in front of me order, and he just ordered a 12 piece of original chicken no sides...so this leads me to believe with 3 hours left to go in the business day, they were out of the chicken he tried to order as well. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES...figure out a way to make a smaller amount of your sides towards the end of the day instead of sending your customers to your competition to get what they came for...other than that, the food they did choose to prepare was good...so if u order after 8:00, expect u might get your chicken sandwich, but probably not your mac and cheese because it's so hard to prepare Mac and cheese the last 3 hours...

This place was awesome when it first started, however today it was a horrible experience. First, when placing our order the woman was very rude. She constantly cut you off and just sounded like she hated life, truly the worse customer service I've received from this place. We get to the window and ask to please replace the cocktail sauce for the tarter sauce and then she informed that she would have to charge us for the tarter sauce even though we weren't getting the cocktail because it didn't come with the meal. I just spent over $27 on two meals and I'm substituting a sauce and I have to deal with being nickled and dimed by a horribly rude/disgruntled worker that sounded like she hated life and serving people in the first place. Really really bad experience, you always feel bad for the owners of a location that people like Bernise working there running off loyal customers that are killing their investment in the location in the first place. Won't be back. I'm editing the review at this point because I'm going to eat the side, mashed potatoes, with my meal and I can't because on top of bad attitude/service she put no utensils in the bag, really really bad service!! This was a past review. I decided to try this place again giving it a second shot because their Shrimp Tackle Box is back, then I find out they don't carry tarter sauce for it all which is the only way I eat it. This place just sucks now. I won't waste my time waiting nor my hard...

Location has been going downhill for sometime which is sad for a newer restaurant. My latest and dare I say last trip was by far the worst, I put in our order and am told ahead of time that there would be a 9 minute wait and am asked to pull up, I ablige knowing it is a busy time. I wait patiently at first as I see other orders being filled and am getting concerned but none the less I wait. Well, at the 20 minute mark and seeing what I can only guess was our order driving off, I began questioning if we were getting ours, so at the 30 minute mark now I pull up to the drive thru speaker and ask if my order is almost done(we called but it hung up automatically) they said that ordered had been filled 12 minutes ago and that we could not have waited 30 minutes, I told them the time on my ticket and my ticket # and they then offered me a limited menu now since they had given our order to someone else and could not fill our order properly now thanks to low supply. We had gotten our drinks only and had waited and wasted our time for nothing and had only gotten a partial refund after being offered different options for their mistake.
