Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Silver City

Honestly I come here quite frequently..I'd say weekly. It's been that way for a long time. Every single visit I pull in to see the "manager" yapping away on his cellphone very loudly and smoking cigarette after cigarette while inside there is 1 single worker who is only in one place long enough to make your order..after that she is running around trying to do everyone's job!! Meanwhile the guy outside may pop in to chastise her or push her out of the way like she isn't good enough. Very harsh to watch. Every visit she makes sure to greet me and make me feel welcome and important although I know she has a million other tasks at hand which could easily be balanced out with another able body. All I'm going to say is this place treats there employees like TRASH. I have worked in this industry for 30 years and all i see are red flags with that guy...They need to demote or FIRE him if this does not change. Surely that girl wouldnt mind she is already doing his job!! or someone else who doesbt just stand there on his cellphone all day making what sounds to be very unrelated to PIZZA!! Went for my weekly visit yesterday and just couldn't hold back anymore. I do hope these ratings are looked upon by someone who has the power and position to really re-evaluate their staff. It stinks but this is still my favorite resteraunt...but...

Just a bad experience overall. Ordered online and went to pickup when the tracker said my order was ready. The guy at the front says it'll be another 8-10 mins for our order. I go back to sit in the car and come back in 8 mins later. He says my order is ready. No bread sticks are with it so I ask and he said oh we're out. I had to ask what my options were (irritated this wasn't mentioned when I first came in) he said a dessert. I picked a cookie and he said it'll be 10 mins. At that point my food was going to be cold by the time I get back to eat it so I ask if I can just get a refund. When the girl there was informed of this she snapped at me and said "well we already put the cookie in" I said okay well now I have to wait even more and she just kept yelling over me that I asked for it to be remade so she remade it. I didn't ask for anything to be remade, y'all didn't have breadsticks. She was extremely unpleasant. THEN.... We get back and our order is even more wrong!!!! The pineapple pizza is actually pepperoni and the chicken bacon Parm melt was made with thick cut ham instead of the bacon that is always on pizza. No one wants straight up ham on pizza, it wasn't even Canadian bacon style! Save yourself the hassle and just go to dominos...

Cook is awesome...he was all about helping me when I asked if I could add another pizza to the order because I forgot a topping. Nobody had been up front for awhile except him. I saw the other girl working but she was busy talking on her cellphone. As I was explaining to him what I wanted, that same extremely rude woman interrupted by "shooing" him to the back, telling him to move as she stood back in front of the register. Never in my life has someone working in customer service been so unbelievably RUDE by putting their hand up in my face, raising her voice to tell me i need to wait and then continued to talk on her personal phone (which was definitely not work related) once she decided to give me time of day, she quickly interrupted again saying "oh no we don't have time for all that, this ain't a 5 star restaurant" I asked for her name & why I cannot purchase another pizza? She refused to answer and just walked off mumbling how "people do the most" I am appalled. I did find out her name is Keisha though and whoever is her manager can thank her for customers like me NEVER returning despite how good the pizza is made. The service is just not worth it. So...
