Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Silver City

I have been getting curbside pick up for months. When I went to pick up my order today curbside some guy who answered the phone said no you have to go through the drive-through we don’t do curbside. When I begged to differ with him, he was a complete jerk, but brought the food out to my car eventually (minus a few items he had to go back for). He again told me not to ever do curbside again. When I asked him if he was the manager, he said yes and then, when I asked him what his name was, he said, you don’t need to know and walked away. Seriously?!?!?! Worst experience I’ve ever had in fast food. What the manager doesn’t know, and did I say he looks like a 12-year-old, is that I am the agent who insures Dairy Queen and I am friendly with the owners. Hi I went to Dairy Queen today with my grandaughter and ordered a few items one of which was a fish sandwich meal I requested that it only only have chs and the lady said that they only come with lettuce ..so I then told her ol no lettuce please bill was over 20.00 ...the fish sandwich came with hige pieces of onion and tartet sauce on it . I was polite to this person and cannot understand why she lied to me about mu order? Did our order online. Went to pick up, was not greeted when went inside to pick up order. Stood at counter for 5 minutes before was acknowledged. Then took another 10 minutes before our food was ready. Ordered 1 burger meal, 1 chicken sandwich meal, 1 6 piece strip meal and 3 blizzards. The blizzards where not the correct sizes. Employees argued about the sizes. And they did not turn one over. Was not handed a receipt with order either. Then the cherry on top, all the employees looked higher then a kite and one of the cooks took off and left the other cook to fend for his self. Not at all satisfied with the overall experience.
