Vitality Bowls — Restaurant in Silver Spring Township

The best place in the area to get açaí bowls, fresh juice and smoothies, and delicious salad and grain bowls. My family frequents this location and have yet to have a bad experience.

My kids love the dessert bowl - just make sure you like coconut otherwise ask for no coconut shavings. They also love the staple vitality bowl. Wife usually always gets the Nutty Bowl with peanut butter on top.

For something more filling I usually go with the Green Goddess salad and even more substantial the Green Glow Bowl. Also can’t go wrong with the Power Toast but I usually get that as a combo with a smoothie or juice.

This is the only restaurant I will eat at. The food celebrates the vegetarian lifestyle. I got the hummus toast and the "Green Me Up" smoothie. These items were super high quality and gave me lots of energy after eating them. I always feel so much better when I eat their food. Yes, it's more expensive. You must accept this if you want food that does not have anything in it that will damage your body. Your body is the only way you can be here, so its money well spent. Plus, you are supporting a restaurant whose employees are making a concerted effort to give you nutritious foods. Solid healthy food eatery and fantastic customer service.

One of my go-to places for quick and delicious lunch. The smoothies are great as well and their açaí bowls! Last week I ordered lunch and they had gotten my order wrong. I called them and let them know nicely that the order was wrong and that I didn’t realize until I was home. I wasn’t trying to go back that same day because I had work but they were extremely apologetic. A couple of days later, the manager even called me back offering me a complimentary item or equal meal. I really wasn’t expecting that so I appreciate businesses that go that extra mile to acknowledge their mistake and make it up to their customers....
