KFC — Restaurant in Silver Spring Township

I cant tell you how the food is because I never got it. My mother in law wanted KFC for dinner for mothers day, like she does every year so we placed a $77 order online. We received an order confirmation number & our credit card was charged. I printed out the confirmation & drove down to the store to get it. When I got to the speaker & told them I was there to pick up an order after checking they said they couldn't find it in their system I told them I would pull up to the window. I showed the man at the window, who at the time I didn't know was Steve the General Manager, the confirmation I printed off showing the order #, everything on the order, the pickup location, time we ordered & that we paid. He was uninterested. I told him this happened the year before & they just made it. He said he couldn't make the order for me off of a piece of paper & when I asked for a refund he wouldn't give a refund either he said we had to get the refund where we paid for the order, which was online. So basically KFC has $77 of our money & the food we ordered. There was a car in front of me when I got there & the entire time I was sitting in line trying to get this figured out no other cars pulled up to the speaker, so they weren't busy. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning & hopefully we'll be able to get...

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! I just went through the drive through at 6:09. After sitting in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes, we were given our food. We live in enola, which is about 20 minutes away, we had been at the Walmart so it was convient to go there. I didn't think to have my son check the bag, which I regret, because once I got home looking forward to eating my meal it wasn't in the bag!!! We ordered a $20 fill up meal, and an $8.99 4 piece tenders with fries meal. My 4 piece tenders and fries weren't in the bag and the chicken from the fill up meal was extremely greasy ( yes I know it's fried chicken) but it was in excess and was cold in pieces like the drum sticks and wings. I tried to call the number on the reciept to allow them to make it right. I've been calling for about 30 minutes now over and over and no one answers. I've worked in fast food and. This is absolutely unacceptable! If someone is willing to wait for food, you should at least make sure u give them all they ordered! Especially when you charge do much for your meals! Worst thing to happen after a busy stressful day! Don't go there , there's so many other options in that area, don't learn the lesson the hard way, learn from my unfortunate experience and GO...

6/6/2025 approximately 6pm I went into the KFC. I ordered an 8 peace bucket with mashed potatoes, gravy and coleslaw. I asked if it would be a problem 2, just get dark mate. And they said that would be fine about 30 seconds later. The girl comes back to me and says, we don't have any chicken legs. An original recipe when extra crispy be o k? ( I asked for original recipe ) I said it would be fine. I could only see two people behind the counter, i'm not saying that there was no one else there, just that I could only see two people. Neither person was wearing gloves or hair nets. And their hair was long in bushy. The chicken what's horrible! The extra crispy wasgie all of the chicken. Tasted like. It had been sitting there for 3 or 4 hours. In fact, it didn't quite taste as good as the grocery store chicken in the hot bar. I really understand two things from this experience.... I understand why there was only 2 very old customers end place. And I understand why they only have a 3.1 rating in...
