Very disappointed today. They would not package my order the way I asked for it. Very rude and then they didn't give me the meal I ordered. I ordered peppered chicken and got cashew chicken without the cashews. I tried to call and explain what happened and they acted like they didn't understand ande hung up on me. When I called back they would not answer the phone. Called 3 times and no answer. Ordered 2 meals and charged $26 for the wrong food. They did this once before and when I told them we received the wrong order they asked if I ate any of it. When I told them I had one bite before I realized it was wrong their response was that I couldn't return it. So they gave me the wrong order, wouldn't replace it for what I actually ordered. I think they asked if I ate any of it was because they would have tried to serve it to someone else. What this restaurant lacks in fancy decor, they more than compensate with delicious food. A small Mom & Pop (literally I think, Mom works the counter & Pop cooks) dinette almost with fantastic food! I ordered the Dragon & Phoenix, which is a half order of General Tso's Chicken & half Shrimp and stir fry vegetables in a brown sauce. 1st the portions are enormous, I had to take half the chicken home, which if you knew me...! There were at least a dozen good sizes shrimp in that "half". The vegetables tasted fresh and the the entire dish tasted home made, not like some if these chinese restaurants that taste more like they are just reheating some prepackaged food. The General Tso's Chicken was excellent as well. The sauce was a little sweeter than I would prefer, but the chicken was all "prime", white meat, no knuckles! Definitely worth a visit! Very rude staff at this establishment, I had called the first time, got frustrated because they kept telling me that I couldn’t get what I asked for and then told me to get it in a combo (which to me sounds like I could order what I wanted)that was priced more I declined got off the phone and a few minutes later after I did some searching at other places I settled and called back to just place my order, when I arrived I was in the lobby standing for like 10 minutes even though my food was already done, a few of the ladies were looking at me and making faces and purposely ignoring me.
