Strickly Southern Catering did our meat for our wedding and let me tell you our guests even two days later are still RAVING about the food. It was so good. We did pulled pork with their sweet and spicy sauce and their sweet sauce. We have left overs as well from the wedding and it reheats just as good!!! The price for the food was absolutely affordable and they delivered. We did not need to use the wait staff but for the few ladies I met they were very professional and I was told from guests who helped at our wedding that when he delivered the meat and equipment he was very professional and that was a big plus. The company is hands down one of the best caterers ever! They catered my wedding yesterday, the owner was super communicative and making sure everything was correct with details. The ribs were a huge success, the brisket was completely gone, and the pulled pork was phenomenal and that's not even with sauce!
