Octeen Energy & Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Silvis

This is the 2nd time I've tried Octeen. The first time, I remember thinking my banana foster latte was decent. Unfortunately for today, I wasn't happy with my latte at all. I got one of their Valentines specials, "puppy love". I believe the flavor was supposed to be peanut butter and toasted marshmallow? I really tried to like it, but it tasted like very bitter coffee and milk without even a slight hint of flavoring. I was very disappointed, especially since it was $7.58 and I had to pour in Coffee Mate creamer just to tolerate it. One plus side is that the person taking my order was kind and patient while I looked over the menu. I'd still recommend for people to give them a chance, as I'm hoping this was just an off day.
