Culver’s — Restaurant in Silvis

I would leave zero stars if I could. The Silvis location is by far the worst Culver’s I have ever been to. I went there today to pick up food for my wife and kids. I’ve been burned by their drive through twice before so ordering for 4 people I figured I’d go inside to avoid confusion of any kind. 7pm ish on a Saturday and they were not busy at all. I order from a very polite guy named Austin. His customer service was excellent might I add. The others not so much. I watched a kid about 11 years old or so come to the counter to ask for something. I watched two workers make eye contact with him and ignore him. When Austin noticed him he cane right over like someone should. I get my order in a single bag and I ask the girl giving it to me is this all of my food? She says yes. I go to my car and double check just to make sure. Missing 4- piece chicken tender, 4-piece buffalo tender and a two piece tender. Half my order wasn’t even given to me. For 35 dollars I don’t even receive half my food. And the fast food industry wants 15 bucks an hour? This is terrible and unacceptable. I realize a lot of these workers are teens but I don’t get to pay less so I shouldn’t receive poor service or an incorrect order. This location needs to take some notes from the Sterling Illinois location. That Culver’s clearly has better management or a better training program. - Sincerely...

Ordered the chedder bacon double burger asked for mustard, ketchup and pickle. Order arrived, the mustard, ketchup and pickle were smaller than a thumbtack in the middle of the bun, the cheese was ice cold, the bun was ice cold. Sent it back, the 2nd burger came, the cheese was ice cold, almost frozen! Sent it back. They tried to tell me, that is the way the cheese is on all the burgers! NOT! I have eaten here many times, and never had a problem with this burger, like i did today! I agree with the other poster about teenage kids running, and then getting smart with me, when i told them, i have never had this problem before. I felt terrible for the young lady that brought me my food, she was GREAT! Very apologetic, however the young lady at the front counter, must have thought i was an idiot, when she said that they serve the cold, almost frozen cheese on all the burgers! They have lost...

I went through drive-thru and ordered mashed potatoes and gravy in separate containers. Got home, opened bag, reached in and got sticky, gooey , brown stuff all over outside of mash potato container. This was also the smallest large size I have ever gotten of mash potatoes and gravy, I have ever gotten from any Culver's . And I eat a lot of culvers every place I see one. But this was horrible. I didn't eat it due to the gooey all over outside of container. I called culvers (Silvis Il) and the young girl that was a member of management said she served it up. And that's the amount you get for a large. I told her about the gooey sticky mess on outside of container, she didn't care. Never offered to make it right or anything.
