When I pulled up at the drive thru today 3/31/17 and I wasn't greeted hello, I was just told to hold on for a moment. Over ten minutes later I pulled forward to the window and the girl was confused.... I let her know I had been waiting for over ten minutes to place my order and finally moved forward due to a car coming up behind me. She replied with "Oh okay"... So I ordered at the window- I got no apology or no explanation. It was ridiculous. If you ask someone to wait and then have them sit there for over ten minutes (I even said hello multiple times) you should at least get some sort of apology. Customer service at this location is poor and this is by far the slowest Carl's Jr. I'll drive a few miles farther to go to another...

For my trouble? 2 freakin cookies. Saw 4 people get their food. When I walked in....the guy was like...no clue where your order went. TF?!? 🤬🤬🤬 Then I hear the cashier over charge a drive thru order in which the guy told the cashier that she gave him the wrong amount...she then corrected it. $5 over charge?!? Seriously.    Read moreI found myself in this part of town a few times a month. While here, I’d come to this Carl’s Jr for breakfast. The food was generally good (standard Carl’s fare), but the service was nearly always grumpy. Any effort towards a pleasant (and professional) interaction when placing an order was completely one-sided.
As such, I tried to focus on the convenience of this Carl’s location as well as the reasonable quality of the food. Unfortunately, the food quality changed for the worse. I found my orders tasting worse and worse, including difficulty to simply chew the food!
