Chickfila used to be a solid company. They've gone downhill since the decision to skimp and give people tiny 🤏🏾 food portions for nearly 2x the cost of the original:
--- 25-50% less food 🤏🏾 --- 100% (2x) more expensive 💲💲💲🫰🏾
They're trying to squeeze out too much profits and it's obvious to anyone observant.
--- Me: "Why are you guys now filling up my "large kale salad" 🥗 as if it's smaller than the small box portion? Literally you could easily fit this into the small box with 25% of the room left over." --- Manager: "I mean we weigh each salad porti---" --- Me: "You mean.. they're SUPPOSED to weigh each salad portion to specification... and.. I question what those specifications are.. because I'd imagine you're instructed by corporate to tell the employees to fill each box to only about ½ the size of the box to cut costs due to the rona, and to profit on the high inflation conditions of the country by acting like you also need to jack the prices up when Chick-fil-A is booming in business every single restaurant seeing 100's of customer turnover per day. Daily profits 💲💲💲 countrywide in the millions. You're not struggling that hard."
However, the taste of the food...
Read moreI have been visiting this location weekly without any issues, usually arriving at 11:00 - 11:30 AM before the lunch rush. Today, I arrived at noon and found it quite crowded, which seemed like a good sign for business. However, I encountered a significant problem with the "rush hour" procedures implemented to speed up the line.
To maximize efficiency, employees were taking orders from the line of cars before reaching the usual kiosk. While this sounds great in theory, the employees were stationed in the middle of a sharp turn in the inside lane. This setup forced vehicles, including mine, to contact the curb, resulting in curb-checked wheels. Unfortunately, my Tesla Model S Plaid now requires a costly wheel replacement just 10 days before my lease ends due to this incident.
While I appreciate the intent to improve service speed, the execution has led to a safety hazard and property damage. I am disappointed and will not be returning, and I suspect many others might feel compelled to do the same unless the ordering process is made safer for...

Fast-food with marketing hype. Maybe because it's new? It may taste better than the others.......but it's still fast food! You're fooling yourself if you think your grilled chicken with French Fries is healthier for you. Get the salad, and save your arteries.
UPDATE 1/6/20: The food is still the same. BUT....This time I noticed the other issue: Styrofoam cups and plastic silverware wrapped in plastic. Mind boggling. Corporate just doesn't care anymore. "FTW, plastic is fantastic." apparently.
Update: 11/25/2024 Well, I was hungry, and went in to see what's changed. At least they aren't using Styrofoam anymore, and the staff is friendly. But the food is bland - the chicken batter they use is tasteless. Certainly not healthy when you get anything fried in batter. I still would choose KFC if I want...
