Went there recently, and got told that this subway is under new management. Looking at previous reviews this really shows.
From the moment I entered the location, I was greeted by the staff who were smiling and friendly. Saheli and Camila were awesome! Something that matters a lot to me in a place like Subway is if the staff listens to your order and takes care in executing it the way you like it, and to that point they were great. Attentive and put the contents in the sandwich nicely - they didn't just slap it in there but actually took care to make it a great sandwich. The location itself was clean and well kept.
We all know that Subway has gotten more expensive over the last few years, but honestly, if it comes with the kind of care, attention and great service my wife and I received at this location, then it is still well worth the price for a great sandwich and a good customer experience.

Read moreThe employees minus literally 2 women(cheers to you guys!) are non communication, no hellos, skimp out on veggies and sides having to ask multiple times for more vegetables and even then they don’t plug in what I’m asking for cuz I’m always saying “more please” the new line of sandwiches market big portions for the meats. That never happens. When asked about it they say what scoops they’re allowed to do and it’s extra for additional. I always end up paying additional on even advertised big portion. The stars I put are purely convenience only. If I had another option to walk to I would rate less. It might be borderline discrimination because the Spanish speaking customer in front of me got the WORKS on a basic sandwich. Read moreAbsolutely horrible service... including the manager that had to be called . Refusing to do a simple sandwich after THEY messed up and lied about it to my face knowing I watched her . Remade the sandwich with hardly anything on it and no condiments. Then when this was addressed the manager refused to remake it . And then the employees ...bless their little hearts ...decided to use their we have the right to refuse you service. So in the end the entire order was refunded. Waste of time energy and just Absolutely ridiculous 🙄 time spent. We obviously won't be returning here nor will I recommend anyone using the subway next to Rick's bike shop.
