I have ordered from this location twice. The first time was a complete disaster. Food is not ready for over an hour, food is missing, and it was a challenge to even get anyone to answer the phone. I was hoping it was just an off day and not the usual. Well, today was the second (and the last) time I ordered at this location. The order took over AN HOUR to be ready. Brought it home, which is almost 20 minutes away, only to find that SEVERAL items were missing. Called and was told to come back that they would have it ready by the time I got there. Got there 20 minutes later. The food was NOT ready. It took almost another hour to get my food. That is 2 HOURS waiting. The place was filled with unhappy customers, that clearly have waited WAY longer than they should have, doordashers getting frustrated and having to cancel orders after asking repeatedly for the orders and I saw that instead of answering the phone-they just left it off the hook. No one seemed to know what they were doing.
I'm really not sure what happened as there were close to 10 people working there. Possibly, no one is trained, or there was no management, but I will never go back. There are so many other wing places with better service for me to waste any more time.

Read moreI picked up an order online for my family. I didn’t know what they order at first but that was my fault. Online systems quoted the order would be ready between 63-68 minutes. Food wasn’t ready when I arrived and I waited 10-20 minutes for the order. The site is clean and neat. The cashier checked my bag before she handed it to me so I assumed it was correct. Got to the house and my family notice a chicken sandwich was missing. I called multiple times and got no answer. Went back to WingStop and was told the sandwich was sitting on the table in the kitchen. I didn’t receive a call and we did provide a phone number for the online order. Waited 10-15 minutes for the sandwich. I noticed no employee attempted to answer the phone. Another customer placed a online order, left and returned seconds later; they were missing a 20 piece boneless wings. The staff was kind but some seemed overwhelmed which is understandable; it was a steady crowd. Family said the fries was good but the sandwich was too salty. Read moreThis place is a joke! From the front ti the manager. I went online for a big order with 3 hours in advance! After 45 mins of the delivery time. I received a message saying that the order was not ready. I told the driver that “it was ok, I could wait a little bit more” 20 mins later and nothing… I called the store and they reply was…” your driver left, either find someone to pick it up or call DoorDash to send someone else!” Mind you I ordered directly on their website! Not through a third party! I told them that that was unacceptable, and that o was waiting for almost an hour. Their response. “Well you shouldn’t have ordered so many wings! WTH! After them screaming and telling me that it was my fault for the delay…the manager finishes with: “there is nothing I can do, you only waited 15 mins and if you want to complain call tomorrow and talk to my GM” Sadly is not the first time I encountered with a problem with wingstop. If they can’t complete big ordered… they should have the option...
